Great location, right in the middle of Healdsburg, across from the Square. Walking distance to most everything. Room was well appointed. Bed was very comfortable

This is not really the Inn’s fault, but during our stay, there was a group of people all staying at the inn. They would come in very late around 11 pm, 12 midnight, and would stand and talk very loudly at the top of the stairs. It was very disturbing and our sleep was interrupted every night. Maybe and nice little sign on the top of the stairs for guests not to mingle late at night and carry on loud conversations for 30 minutes at a time would be helpful. This group also ate up all the morning breakfast. By the time we went to breakfast there was very little left.

A charming boutique hotel ideally located near shops, restaurants and night life, all in a vintage building beautifully restored and tastefully renovated.

Breakfast was certainly alright, but really too limited for what one would expect to find in a fine hotel.

Location (on the plaza), price/quality ratio, family atmosphere.

Be careful of what room you may select (some rooms have a window facing the side of another building). Some room might need some updating, also no storage in room.

WE have stayed here several times. Since our last visit the hotel has been spruced up significantly. It remains a great location and a friendly place. The breakfasts are very good and the wine maker's hour in the afternoon is a great way to try some unsung producers from the area.

Surprisingly, they don't have an espresso maker of any kind. Sort of weird for northern CA.

Would like a longer stay with a discount. Pricing too high for multiple days. 100 less a night for 4 or more days. Would stay there for sure just too pricey for multiple days. Love the restaurants and boutiques.

Very good breakfast, but, also lacking in presentation.

Extremely poor shower head, like using a water hose when I was a kid outside of my house. All the connections wires for the tv are hanging lose under the tv, like something you might see if you are testing how to wire the tv and did not finish the job, very poor.

The inn is perfectly located in town but nice and quiet. The staff was incredibly lovely and truly do what they can to make your stay fantastic. I wasn’t comfortable having breakfast in the dining room w masks off, so they delivered to the room every morning. Highly recommend.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and central to downtown Healdsburg. The staff was amazing and very accommodating, especially Susan and Jennifer at the Front Desk. The complimentary hot breakfast was delicious and served at a convenient time that we chose. The afternoon wine and cheese picnic was such a nice afternoon treat.

Perfect location with a conscientious and friendly staff. Welcome picnic boxes were a lovely treat. Immediate access to wine tasting, Noble Folk ice cream, and all the delights of downtown Healdsburg.

Parking situation needs to get addressed, but it seems like this is a temporary issue and users reading this review shouldn't worry about it. Honestly, the breakfast was tasty, but somewhat unnecessary given the Parish Cafe is just up the street, there's a bakery on the square, another bakery just up the street, and coffee shops all around. Perfectly prepared frittata in the room is nice, but it's not beignets at the Parish Cafe (totally not a fair standard to hold anyone to, so not actually a complaint). Mattress in room 6 is lumpy, probably near the end of its service life. It'll likely be replaced by the time anyone reads this, so again...definitely worth the stay.
