The closeness to lifts, ski rentals, ski school, daycare: having everything we needed at a few steps away is what we value most on our family vacations.

Full room service is offered just once in the weekly stays. For the costs of the stay, I think it should be done at least every 2 days.

The property has a big potential but it needs a good management to transfer it to excellent. It’s old fashioned and needs a lot of fixing, remodeling. The best was being close to the lift and hot tubs.

I was kick out with my son from the bottom bar where we played pool. It was our 3rd day of hanging out there playing pool and last day the bartender asked us to leave because his managers called him to do it. Where was the manager on day 1 and 2 where we spent time in the bar plying pool and jenga. Very unprofessional. The prices at the property were very high, food at the restaurant, grocery in the deli shop. Also it was too hot in the room and there was no way to reduce the temp. We had 85degrees one day. The sauna did not work properly, needs some Maintanance.

The location and property design was optimal for a ski-in-ski out property. The entire resort was planned out very well - parking room access, the resort amenities are all easily accessed from inner passageways and elevators. The beds were comfortable.

The room was dated looking. The furniture looks like it is from the 90's. Lamps and fixtures look old and were connected with white power strips. The bathroom was dated and the tub was clogged - making a slow drain. The tub drain, which should not come out, was on the floor next to the toilet... The one time we went to use the pool and hot tubs, I called and asked if I need a towel? The front desk replied no, there were towels available there. When we arrived, there were no clean towels, only a mountain of dirty ones. It took over 45 minutes before someone brought some fresh towels.

The two bedroom suite we had was great. It was plenty of space for our whole family. The full kitchen allowed us to do some of our own cooking. Firewood being available was a good bonus feature. We loved. having the fire going in the evenings. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms all had good views.

The only thing that I didn't like about the rooms were the pillows on the beds. All the pillows were down material and very flat. A resort of this level should have multiple pillow options available for different types of sleepers.

Property is right by the ski resort - ski in/out. The 2-bedroom condos were comfortable and spacious with great views. We loved the convenience of the ski lockers downstairs. Also loved the hot tubs, pool and sauna. Great stay!

We stayed Thanksgiving week, and the grab-and-go deli was the only breakfast option. It would be nice if some of their on-site restaurants were open for breakfast during Thanksgiving, which I was told is considered shoulder. Some of the restaurants like Spencers will serve breakfast in the main season.

Great location close to Breckenridge downtown area and the mountains. The property has a fantastic shuttle which alleviated so much parking hassle for our group of 11, and the shuttle driver (blanking on his name but he was a skier from Wayzata HS and competed at Buck Hill!) was one of the best parts of our stay! Take the shuttle to the free Gondola ride, there is a fun adventure park but even if you just do the gondola ride great views.

This is not an issue if you are young and mobile, but in both our rooms both bathrooms and bedrooms were upstairs, none on the main level, just something to be aware of when selecting a room.

We had booked 2 rooms and without having to ask, the staff had made sure give us adjoining rooms. That in itself was amazing. All other times we've booked rooms resorts/hotels and asked for adjoining rooms the answer was always "we can't promised, it depends on what's available when you check in". To have the resort just do it was just great. Our package also included garage parking which was a nice surprise when we arrived.

The only thing that was a problem was the wait time to get on the elevators at the resort. But if that's all we had to worry about - not really a big deal.

Loved the location and the plethora of room sizes. We had 6 rooms in our family stay, a two bedroom suite, two hotel rooms, a suite with a balcony and a suite with a full kitchen and a bedroom and they all accommodated everyone nicely. The property was gorgeous and well taken care of. I had plenty of space to get ready for my wedding in and lots of places for photos. Since there were ~20 of us the shuttle service was PHENOMENAL. We loved all of the drivers and it was so nice to be able to ride into town with all of our group at once.

Wish the buildings were a little easier to access, I had family in buildings 2 and 4 and it was several rides on elevators and it took us all about three days really be able to navigate how to get to and from. Some signage would have been helpful. Some of the front desk staff seemed to not really have any idea what was going on with payments and rooms and they required managers to get rooms taken care of appropriately twice. Management was great though. One of the rooms had the tiniest window for air and it stayed really warm in there, some AC in a few rooms or bigger windows that open would really be helpful, or those rooms just shouldn’t be used in the summer.

The location was perfect to walk to the Main Street area and the staff was friendly. We only stayed one night but my kids enjoyed the pool area and small arcade/mini golf area. The beds were comfortable. Despite what some other reviewers have mentioned, it was very quiet and we had zero issues with loud neighbors or thin walls.

I’m sure each room is different based on location/building, but the simple guest room that we stayed in (building 3) should be next for updates. Nothing specifically wrong, just older carpets, bathroom fixtures, etc. There were small improvements possible regarding cleaning but nothing egregious.

It was a great location right in the heart of Breckenridge. The hotel had great amenities.

We asked for a higher up room, we were then put on the first floor. When we got to our room the door was broken and the pull out couch had nails on it which was disgusting. The room had definitely not been cleaned properly. We then brought it to the attention of the front desk and they moved us to the 6th floor.
