The staff is exceptional. They are so friendly and really went out of the way to help. My son left his water bottle in the place and we all looked for so long!!! Well the office reached out to us because housekeeping found it! That was so nice! I loved the game/community room. That was really nice. Oh and all the trail sheets and brochure/mag stands weee extremely helpful.
The interior and furniture was dated. I’m sure that’s no surprise. But not like in a cool vintage way. Our unit smelled like horrible dog/pet odor especially the couch upstairs.

We have a group of 6 people going for a ski trip. This place has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, which is perfect for us. It has everything we need. The kitchen and the sitting area are spacious. The view from the balcony is nice. It is quiet. The hot tub in the common area is also very nice, we used it everyday. I think we got a really good deal on the price. Not sure why. I wondered if we were going to see construction work or anything like that, but no, everything is perfect.
The altitude of the place is very high (above 10,000 ft), higher than the base of the ski resort. So this may not be a good choice for anyone with serious high altitude issue. We did late check-in. The check-in itself is easy but the notice we received during the check-in says we need to come back between 9-5 the day after to do registration. So I made special effort to come back early the next day. It was 4:37 but there was no one at the desk to do registration. Another person working at the facility told me that there was no need to register. I hope they didn't ask for that so I won't waist the time to drive back.

Very clean and easy to check in after hours, once we located the Reservation office. A map was provided of the complex was very helpful, just our room was very, very small on the map. I liked the text messages providing the information needed for the late check-in. The location was great, we worked a wedding up the road a bit, perfect!
A sign advising the Reservation office is located up the stair. I get the lights; however, a sign at the bottom of the stairs is helpful when checking in after hours. If you don't want to invest in a sign, then in your text message advised the Reservation Office is up the stairs, not everyone knows where you are located. We didn't realize the internet password was glued to a card, glued to the map until after we checked-out. Put the internet password on the envelope or a card in the room. Make it easy to find. Other than those minor hiccups, it was a nice place I would stay again. Oh, it would be nice to have cream for coffee.

The location was in the middle of the ski resort residential area. You need your own car to get everywhere & was at least a mile away as expected. Fully equipped studio with full kitchen. Queen size bed with new sleep sofa that we did not open but sat ‘hard’
The unit we were in was very nice but there was a connecting door to a different units garage space. They need to fill the very large gap under that door to lessen the loud noises from that unit. We could clearly hear every word they said while in and out through the garage, heard the garage door opening, and heard a very loud slamming door as they left the garage inside to go to the upstairs units.

Fabulous apartment with everything we needed for a really comfortable few days. Spotless and peaceful with handy access into downtown via the free bus if you want a day off driving. Very helpful front desk. thank you - we will be back next trip.

The location was just a short drive from the action of main street so it was nice and quiet while still only taking 5 minutes to reach main street attractions. The view from the balcony was beautiful and made for nice sunrises. The kitchen came stocked with the all the items we needed to cook meals at home, all we needed to bring were the groceries. This was the main selling point for us so we could enjoy quiet time together. The fireplace was cozy and super easy to operate. Our unit came with a garage which was a nice place to load and unload all of our luggage. Unfortunately our truck was too big to park in there but we were not expecting a garage so there we didn't mind. There was so much space in our unit, it really felt like home. The price was an amazing value compared to a hotel. We will absolutely stay here again.
I was a bit surprised that the snow was not shoveled on the sidewalks or steps leading to the apartment doors. Luckily we found a shovel in the garage to be used but the snow could have been shoveled the first time before we arrived just for safety/slipping reasons. Other than that, I have no complaints.

The view of the ski area and mountains was breathtaking. The master suite was fine, spacious, with good storage. The maintenance service for non-working equipment was so very responsive. The staff were very friendly. I had seen negative reviews of the pillows, so we brought our own (we live about an hour away), but theirs were just fine. The indoor hot tub was wonderful, and ten steps from our door.
The other two bedrooms were quite small and had inconvenient storage of clothes for a week of skiing. The kitchen is marginally supplied. Several items did not work: ice maker, fireplace, hot tub, dryer; maintenance responded promptly to our calls for service, and were effective and friendly with their repairs.

Super friendly and helpful manager who checked us in early. She's a gem! Our room was clean and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Plenty of parking spaces available, and it's in a quiet residential neighborhood. The drive up to the location from Breckenridge was beautiful! It's located up the side of a mountain just above Breckenridge, and very close to some ski areas.
The entrance is a little confusing, but it's not the hotel's fault. The street sign was placed incorrectly by the Breckenridge township. When you go to check in, be sure to use the 2nd driveway instead of the 1st one. The hot tubs are located in the center of each "pod" of apartments. We didn't get to enjoy them because they are closed at 10pm at the start of quiet hours. By the time we got back, it was too late. I wouldn't really call this a "resort", it's more like a nice apartment complex.

Friendly staff, clean and nice location for fall. would not want to stay that high on the mountain in the winter due to the drive.
Didn't like that I had to take my own trash to the dumpster, this should be a part of the cleaning fee. I would have preferred to stay in a larger place, but the $150 cleaning fee was way to much for the space in my opinion. I was billed incorrectly and haven't scene the refund yet.

Nice and clean, about an 8 min drive to town. I was able to have my dog so that was a huge bonus. I’m moving across country so only stayed for one night, i definitely wish I would’ve planned to stay longer. Staff was extremely helpful!
Bed wasn’t the most comfortable. They state dogs must be on leash but it’s not really enforced. There are many dogs here and I seemed to be the only one using a leash. My dog was already anxious from traveling and it didn’t help when 3 dogs ran up to him barking.
