The staff made this stay exceptional. They wanted to help at every turn. One staff member clearing snow on my last morning there even asked if I needed help loading my car. It was amidst negative-digit weather and newly fallen snow. That's above and beyond these days. I appreciated having this sort of heartfelt experience. In addition, each morning there was lots to choose from at breakfast which began at 6 AM. Breakfast included eggs, meat (sausage or bacon assortment changed per their daily menu), Chobani yogurt, waffles, fruit, a variety of breads and cereals, as well as an assortment of other goodies. Yum!

Everything! We spent one night after landing at the airport and before driving out to the Rockies, and the stay was everything we could ask for to start the day fresh and new. We checked in late at night and staff was super nice and welcoming. Very comfortable and clean rooms and bathroom, extra comfortable bed, complementary breakfast with a great variety of warm food options. The hotel has an oldschool charm but the value for money is unbeatable. Would definitely return.

Clean room, great breakfast with a lot of options. I think the hotel uses some sort of air freshener that smells SO good. Great price for a bit of a last minute reservation.

We realized in the morning that our AC wasn't working so we left earlier than we planned. I told the girl working at the front desk, but she didn't really acknowledge that I was telling her there was an issue. It was about to be a really hot day and the next person staying in that room was going to suffer.

Nice spacious room. Hotel halls had a bit of a humidity, musky scent, but it was clean and the room was spacious. Large bathroom and good shower, the a.c. and mini fridge worked perfectly. We didn't go to the pool or have breakfast, but overall i was pleased with the stay. Great location to downtown, ubers only costed about $7-$12 which was convenient. I would stay again.

I checked out early I was at a funeral till 3 pm I asked the first gal if I could have a late check she said no I would have to buy another night if I wanted anything after 12pm as a check. so I agreed to pay the 125 for my convenience. alter the Fairfield was working with the other family members and their times. so we agreed no problem, I came to check our the last person I talked she said well you still have to pay and you don’t get a discount I knew that, and was already upset about losing my niece. it was not need to say that so harshly, I had already had this discussion once.

The property was well kept. This might be weird, but it smelled good. Guest service was friendly, prompt and helpful. The room was really nice. The bed could be updated. We felt every spring and each other's movement. Plenty of towels, the shower is incredible. Loved the shelf in the shower. Great water pressure. Convenient soda machine.

The bed. Ancient mattress. Sagging-ish. The pillows are nice. We stayed in room 208 at 15151 Brighton Rd, in Brighton. The BW. I'm sure you know where. Fix that?? Hands down the best hotel I've been in!

My mom loved the breakfast. Nice staff clean rooms. Small but nice workout room. We were there for 6 days. Nothing fancy but nice.

The toilet took forever to fill up. So if you flushed, the next person had to wait almost 20 minutes for it to fill back up. The outlet in the bathroom sometimes worked and sometimes not. I would suggest higher toilets for older adults.

Because we arrived so late and slept in, we did not get to enjoy the breakfast however my husband did get coffee and the staff in that department was great.

The receptionist took a long time to respond to door bell and did not seem to happy to help us checking in, she was not very friendly. We did arrive later than expected because our flight was delayed but when you work in customer service, I believe you need to feel the guests welcome.

Work out room was small but worked well because no one was there during my two day stay. I liked the breakfast had a decent amount of choices. Like the beverage selection. I liked the e additional square footage in the king room.

Lighting in the room was dim.

Breakfast was good. Plenty of options. Timings were also perfect!

The room which was given to us has lift besides it. So it used to create noise everytime somebody used it.
