The comfort of the suite. Clean and spacious. Rooms were nice, and beds were comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly (forgot front desk name). Easy check in and out. Good location with easy hwy access. Will plan to stay for future visits.

No major issues. Just the bathroom shower had shower curtain that was slightly short, so water was everywhere after we used it. We only stayed the night, but any longer would probably be an issue as the floors in the bathroom got pretty wet.

The staff were super friendly, the room was very clean and spacious, we didn't use it but the kitchenette was nice and well equipped.

This isn't the hotels fault but there was a LOT of loud traffic noise very early in the morning which made it difficult to sleep. Also the ceiling in the bathroom started to drip water when the person above us was showering. But that didn't cause us any problems.

Connie Schmidt is an awesome customer service rep, she was most helpful with my billing and room issues and took care of the problem quickly after many problems with front desk staff.

I was over charged at check out over what my room resevered for with booking. On top of that I was informed hours before my stay that my 2 queens were not available for my stay. Connie took care of both these issues quickly and to my satisfaction

I went to shop at the outlets. The hotel was very close to there. Wonderful staff 👏 👍 great room, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would stay again.

People above me were very loud leaving in the am, but, I realize there's nothing the hotel could do about that. I turned over and went back to sleep.

Good central location for our needs, washing and dryer use at no cost, good convenient facilities for our dog, helpful staff, small but fully equipped kitchen.

Broken garbage disposal that caused kitchen sink to drain extremely slowly, but staff was very apologetic and added points to our account to compensate, without being asked, as there was no maintenance employee on site to immediately rectify the issue.

housekeeping once a week. had to go get towels, and garbage was not picked up, coffee was hot water on our day of departure. looked forward to that cup for the road that didn't happen

Extremely comfortable bed, good, supportive pillows. Large room with full kitchen, including 2 burner invection stove, full size microwave and full fridge. Good quality pots to use. Large bathroom with tub and shower head high enough for at least 6 ft person. Hot water not very hot ( I like a HOT shower). Built in shampoo, conditioner and body wash. No lotion available, but plenty of goods available in hotel “store”. Excellent location, close to coffee shops, bakeries, shopping, hospital and restaurants/pubs. Highway very close. There is also a good bus and mini rail line within car distance to go to airport or downtown. I did not get a chance to use the small gym, but had at least some weights and treadmill.

Staff did not know the area well

We were in town for our future daughter-in-law's bridal shower. We arrived early prior to check in time so we waited a bit in the lobby area. The front desk agent apologized for the wait and upgraded us to a 1-bedroom unit - very roomy. Everyone was very attentive, friendly and helpful!! We've traveled by car quite a bit the last couple of years and were getting used to paying for dirty overpriced rooms. Expecting the same, it was a bit of a shock to have such clean, well maintained rooms and friendly courteous staff!! I appreciated having a clean, well stocked kitchen for shower food prep. We will be back in September for the wedding staying 10 days at the Candlewood Suites!! Looking forward to it!

The room was very nice and bed very comfortable. Staff was very nice and helpful. Free washer and dryers was very nice too.

I had to ask after day 3 for fresh towels. Not sure how many days go by before room service comes in.

The hotel and room was super clean and intuitively appointed with everything a traveler may need in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the property is in a very safe area with access to plenty of dining and shopping choices.

The only thing lacking in this property was a breakfast. A continental breakfast would have earned a perfect 10/10 score from me. However, there were snacks for sale near the front counter, so it still earns the 9/10 score I gave.
