This is the second time that I have booked for my brother who travels to Denver for doctor's appointments. The front desk is always extremely friendly and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure we are welcomed and comfortable. The rooms are very clean and the temperature comfortable. The rooms are quiet and the location of the hotel is conveniently located near the outlet mall and close to I-25 for easy access to Denver.

Breakfast could have more options. Current selection is a few pastries, pancakes, yogurt and boiled eggs. It would be nice to have scrambled eggs and bacon or sausage as well as fresh fruit.

Best thing Days Inn had going for it was their associate , Lawnie (sp?). She was at the desk when we arrived AND when we left. She was very informative and accommodating. She represented Days Inn quite admirably. Left me wondering if she perhaps had an ownership interest in the local franchise. If not, I certainly hope that she is being adequately compensated and appreciated by those who ARE in charge.

One of the 2 beds in Room 124 was a little "saggy". I was a bit surprised at the # of pets being checked in. Are there only certain rooms used for this purpose? If not, I as a customer would be concerned. Got up a little early this morning and looked out the window and could view the beautiful sight of the early morning sun shining on the hills and scenery to the West. AND THEN my eyes fell to the ground outside the room where obviously pet owners have used for their dogs to take their "dumps".

AM breakfast, adequate. Pool was nice, as was the hot tub. Generally clean and the room cleaning was good.

W/E pricing high for what they offer and they adjust pricing based on the events in the area. Towels were rough and beds, though comfortable, creaked some. Furniture needs some maintenance.

We had a beautiful getaway, and Days Inn was the perfect place. We had tickets to a concert at Fiddlers Green. The difference in prices. From DTC area and Castlerock, just 10 minutes away was incredible and worth 10 minutes. Everyone was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed it very much. Would go back in a heartbeat.

Very nice facility.

My grandson left a necklace in the bathroom after he showered. I saw it there on the counter ... but just left it. After we checked out and got to Denver he realized he didn't have it.. He remembered laying it on the counter by the sink. The maid was waiting to get into our room.. We called when we realized we didn't have it. Your hotel said they didn't find it. So either maid noticed it or next occupants. We are very disappointed..it was a custom made silver bicycle charm on a silver chain. It's our fault for accidently leaving it..but it's someone else's fault for taking it. Thank you.

Location was great

The woman at desk was very rude with a Mexican National man, he wanted to pay cash. She was very rude with him, and he didn't understand that she couldn't or wouldn't accept cash. I paid for the man with my credit card. He had his family there and needed two rooms.

Good value and ok location. Just wish it was closer to the downtown Castle Rock but was in the shopping district. They had a open gym and the staff provided sanitizing spray for the equipment. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Okay breakfast but it is covid season so I understand. If I needed more I could walk down the street to the IHop

Excellent location. Well maintained property; everything worked . Had everything I needed; no useless frills. I've stayed there before and will do so again.

They shoud have a printer attached to the computer

Clean, well-managed property. Had everything I needed and nothing I didn't need. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was perfect for my purposes. Room had a view of the Castle Rock itself.

So, what was not to like?

Location was great. Beds were comfy. Room was clean.

All 4 of the coffee pots were empty. They are right in front of the front desk. Broken glass all over the parking lot.
