Really liked the location, the staff, and the breakfast!

Some of the furniture was stained and due for replacing. Everything else was clean, besides that. I stayed with a friend and the bathroom door was a barn-slider door that couldn’t be locked or fully closed for privacy. We ended up using the lobby facilities more often than the room’s because of it.

Breakfast, if you get there early, is excellent. Quality and options taper the later in the morning you arrive, as is probably to be expected. There is construction going on renovating the lobby, but the staff have made it clear where to go and what to do during the temporary disruption. The area around the hotel is nice and convenient.

The floors and doors were noisy. You could hear room doors slamming shut from rooms on other floors across the hotel. Walking around in the room could be heard as well. The bug screen on my window was in tatters, and looking outside it seemed lile several others were as well. The windows themselves were also dirty, both inside and out. The shower did not have hot water in the morning, even though it had the night before.

Breakfast menu varied from day to day, rather than being the same every day.

Called in middle of night -- told complaints had been made about my playing TV too loud. Advised front desk person I'd be happy to turn it down, EXCEPT IT WASN'T EVEN ON! We were sound asleep at the time!

Front desk Lady Chris was so very professional and kind we'll tell everyone we can perfect place to stay. Thank you so much we lived in Parker for about 20 years and come back every year to visit friends and family

Hailey at the front desk was awesome. And the breakfast was so delicious.

The chaise had stains on it...we had to move to a different room. Need to inform people about whether or not they want their room cleaned. We had no clue to ask for housekeeping...we assumed it would be done but you have to request it....

Due to the pandemic, breakfast was a box with yogurt, granola, fruit etc. and Jimmy Dean sandwiches. It was sufficient. The rooms seemed clean.

Location was somewhat desolate, not much around. Really needed a car. Due to the pandemic, services were limited. Breakfast was limited and services to room were not good. Had to ask for fresh towels, and asked for trash to be taken out of room, which never happened. We arrived at 9:30 at night, and thought the entrance to the hotel was the loading dock. Not very well identified. Not welcoming at all. Planters in front of entrance but no flowers. Not very appealing at all. Your entrance needs some work. Hampton Inn's usually are very pleasant but this one lacked a lot.

Bed was the firmest I’ve ever encountered in a hotel. Some I’m sure like but I found so uncomfortable. Maybe room for beds that fall somewhere between super firm or super soft?

Staff was great and extremely helpful. Breakfast was great.... lots of choices.

Breakfast closed very abruptly without a chance to get any last minute things (a spoon for example).

The lady that checked us in at the front desk was awesome. She recommended some very fantastic restaurants in the area and we did go and check them out for ourselves. We were very happy with the friendly service we received. As for our room, we really loved having the two big windows and it was very clean and the bed was very comfortable too.

Well because of COVID the breakfast room was closed down so there wasn't a lot of different food options. Also in the area where our room was located there was a lot of loud stomping going on late at night.

Wasn't told ahead of time the pool was unavailable. Tried to get access to pool at the fitness nearby but was unsuccessful
