The breakfast was absolutely WONDERFUL!! It was very well presented and the choices satisfied everyone in our family!! Thanx a million!! We really loved the soap, shampoo and lotion dispensers instead of the very small typical motel soap, lotion and shampoo amenities!!

We REALLY did not like the BIG SPEED BUMP that is at the entrance of the parking lot!! There is no warning or caution sign. There is absolutely NO REASON to have a speed bump there at all!! We were jolted, caught off guard, and thought we had hit something terrible! We were going very slow entering and also looking for the entrance to the motel at the same time. Being totally caught off guard and the jolt and rocking from that ridiculous speed bump was not a very nice welcome…….😡

Decent breakfast. Pancake dispenser was pretty cool. I liked that the AC could run continuously through the night. Comfy beds and pillows. Smooth elevators. Super clean bathroom. Great staff.

I have sensitivity to light so Some of the lighting was too bright for me, personally, wish there was a dimmer light in the bathroom or for watching tv at night. Personally, I wish I could have adjusted the brightness on the tv to go darker. Probably not an issue for most folks

breakfast could have been better. the eggs were ehhhh The sheets, although clean, had stains that wobviously didn't come out in the wash from previous guests...the should be thrown away

Breakfast room had good variety of choices. Friendly staff in breakfast room.

Shower edges had wear and mildew. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Controlling temp in room wasn't easy, the HVAC unit in room seemed too strong for room size.

Great location near eateries and store and natural areas ( Castlewood Canyon State Park). Comfortable and clean.

Being picky here: Speed bump placement in parking lot made for a bumpy entrance and exit.

I like the size of the room. I liked the cleanliness of the pool area. I like the overall style and comfort of the hotel.

Our our bathroom was not clean when we arrived. You can tell they had just restocked General bathroom items but the tub walls were not cleaned. The tub outside near the floor had a thick nasty up lines against the tub as if they had never wiped out side of the tub near the bottom. Really disgusting! Very disappointed in the bathroom clean the nest which I think a lot of people pay attention to. The beds were perfect. The sheets were very comfortable and the beds were very comfortable the room was generally very clean. There were makeup stains underneath the desk that I do believe the carpets probably need to be shampooed and not just vacuumed. Other than that the room was comfortable.

Hotel was great.

I didn't like thinking I was booking my room through Holiday Inn only to find out after I called Holliday Inn's main number I was transferred to this third party booking site. Because I was tricked Holiday Inn did not count this stay as part of my rewards program, and I never did get a final receipt to turn in for expense reporting purposes.

It was likely understaffed. When we arrived there was a long lineup for check in. Also, the next morning we had to wait about 10 minutes until someone came so we could check out.
