Staff was courteous. Room clean and quiet. Price was better than most in the area. Right next to the best route for access to northeaster Colorado Springs and if we'd wished the airport.

The mattresses were worn to the point that if I didn't lie in the middle of the bed, when I moved I had to wake enough to catch myself so I wouldn't roll off the bed. Breakfast room existed but only served coffee. There are no restaurants nearby.

Bob, the owner/manager is the BEST. He's extremely friendly, he makes you feel right at home. Every time I have stayed at this hotel, my room has been spotless 😊. The bathroom facilities and especially the BATHTUB 🛀 are om great condition and spanking clean. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone. The pool and hot tub are amazing too. The only downside is Bob does not provide any type of breakfast 😒 .

I like Bob , the owner ( I'm pretty sure ) very much , he is an awesome person! You have your privacy, they don't bother you . I'll definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone.

The housekeepers waiting for you to leave an hour to an hour and a half before checkout .

The hotel was super clean compared to a different one I stayed! It smelled great the beds were comfortable and everything worked i don't have any complains other than

The lady at the front desk looks super stressed and answers you really rudely even if you're being nice until you share a few words with her

We enjoyed how peaceful and quiet the room and surrounding area was. We enjoyed the cleanliness and how wonderful the pool and hot tub were. We thought the staff was very helpful and courteous, as well as pleasant.

I felt that they could have offered some type of breakfast as stated online in their description. I understand that Covid is happening, but when not a single person, staff or travelers (except housekeeping) wear a mask, then it seems ridiculous not to at least allow for self-serve muffins or cereals or even self-serve waffles. Beds were comfortable, but very low to the ground and hard for a larger person to get in and out of. Very old and need updated.

The pool-hot tub and all staff was wonderful. Great coffee also.

No breakfast!! Bring it back breakfast in some form!!! Hot/cold cereal juice.

Never any pool towels and front desk didn’t have room towels to swap after we didn’t have our room made up one day.

The customer service is excellent, especially the service from Kaveen, and all the ladies there are amazing.

The back of the motel is a transit for drug deals. Just sad. 😔

Loved the view of pikes peak from our room. Once we were in our room it was really quiet. We stayed 3 nights and the room was cleaned every day.

No breakfast. The pool closed very early. (9:30). It wasn't good or bad but just so people are aware, there is a $20 deposit hold that they put on the card you use for payment.

Everything was really close ! A very convenient location from restaurants and stores even a Laundromat is walking distance !
