Still waiting for the hundred dollar deposit return.

Being told that there is a hundred dollar deposit when we got to check in. It's Ben a moth and we still don't have a return, by the way that's two hundred dollars because we stayed again on March 22. Another hundred dollars.

Location of room, clean room, plus adequate amenities in room. Breakfast was decent with good variety but juice machine was not working. Internet did not work well for me. Entrance to rooms not near the main entrance was inconvenient because the exit doors were one way out only! Could not get back in even with room key card as there was not a card reader at those exits.

Anna was the clerk that checked us in. She filled the hotel with laughter. She had a winning personality. Even though we had just met her , my wife and I felt like she was an old friend. The hotel was clean, and the rest of the Stagg were nice as well. The only thing that I didn't care for was the location, not to close to anything. . I'd visit it again as long as Anna stays around.

The location

The hot breakfast was a nice touch with the 2 waffle makers, bacon and sausage. The room was large enough and comfortable except for the noisy AC unit which we got to swap rooms after the second night for a quieter one. The pool and hot tub were also nice and open til 11pm!

Noisy AC first 2 nights. Never stopped running. Room 113. Hot breakfast had eggs but they were “premade” from ?? Pool chlorine was so strong it prevented us from swimming. Just wiping my eyes caused them to burn. Other guests had the same experience. The front desk didn’t seem to know or be able to help but this was over the July 4th holiday.

Beds were very comfortable and plenty of pillows. Breakfast was great. Every day was new items which was nice since we stayed multiple days. The view was beautiful. It was nice having fresh cold water and coffee in the lobby available all day. My kids loved having the food items to buy in the evenings from the lobby.

The pool water was a bit cold for us.

Comfortable rooms. Freezer on fridge. Option to purchase a variety of microwave food on site. On the go coffee available. Good room size.

Could use more available outlets (Power strip attached to desk?).I will have to remember to bring outlet strip for charging phone and computer. Breakfast could be available a little earlier, even if only the make yourself 'grab & go(toast, bagel).

Location close to the airport, yet no airport noise. Nice big bathroom with long counter. Very comfortable beds. Generous continental breakfast with combination of hot and cold items. Did not use, but laundry washer and dryer available for guests. We stayed 2 nights and were not expecting our room to be serviced, yet we had clean towels and bed linens. Much appreciated.

Location, it felt cozy like as if I was at home

I don't like the fact that I am on the "DONT RENT LIST" Which I find so unfair I never caused any problems and always paid on time and kept my rooms clean they said because I had to much quests I didn't think we were limited to how many quests we were aloud to have .I notified the front desk ahead of time about their would possibly be a lot of quests because we had just had a family death and our family and friends would be stopping by .I did know a few of the other quests staying their as well how ever they left their rooms when checking out or if they caused problems has nothing to do with me.

The hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was kind and friendly and took great care of us. The location was nice for our plans and close to family we were visiting. The breakfast was always good with many options, and it was quiet and restful at night.

Only 2 things bothered us, and had nothing to do with staff 1) The indoor pool was closed and had been since March. There was no mention on their site of this and I had even called to clarify if there was a hot tub also and again no mention of it being closed. I had specifically promised our grandkids traveling with us there would be a pool, so real disappointment. 2) Why are some hotels going to tiny square bed pillows?? Not a fan, and will be asking in the future before I book a room.

Very helpful staff. We had car trouble and maintain staff member help us with a smile.

We were there for 6 days and breakfast was the same everyday. It needs more variety. Also pool was to cold to swim in during winter.
