The morning staff was extremely helpful and polite. Especially a lady at the desk who helped me with what I needed to do to get an Uber. And help recommend a few things to do in the area. She was really nice.

I worked in hotel hospitality for several years I would do anything to make my guests comfortable or welcomed. We got supper on Friday night and the fast food place didn't bring us plates. So my son went to the front desk and asked for a couple plates and he said that the gentleman was rude to him and said they don't give them out at night he can buy his own. I just thought it was rude. If it was true he could be a little nicer about it.

The pool, free breakfast and gym were great amenities!

The bathroom door was a sliding one that wouldnt stay closed, it would roll open. No vent in the bathroom so that wasn't a good combo with the open door! 😅 aside from that it was good value for what we paid.

We were vacationing in CO and were leaving Denver and heading home after visiting a friend in Denver area for two days. But our car broke down and we were towed to the auto shop. at first it looked like it’s going to take till the next day to get the car fixed so we booked the Comfort Inn. But the skillful auto mechanic got our car fixed in the late afternoon and we’d really prefer to start our drive east before it got dark. So we stopped at the Comfort Inn and explained our situation and asked if we could cancel and get our refund back. The manager was so kind and was willing to talk to Booking.com and give her consent to accept the cancellation. We were charged by the Booking.com at the time of the online booking. When we arrived at Comfort Inn the manager said she didn’t see the booking on her system, but she was very patient because it took quite a while for us to get connected with the Booking.com over the phone. We were told the refund will be issued. We don’t see it yet but I understand it takes a few weeks.

We like the kind-hearted manager. Can’s say much about the property because we didn’t stay. Our visit there was to see if we could cancel the reservation due to our unexpected turnout with the car repair.

Jaimey was helpful and kind. It was a rare find to actually have a hot breakfast complimentary, bed was clean and very comfortable, big screen TV and lots of provisions like bath needs towels, toiletries, did not take $100 deposit like other places and you can pay when you arrive etc...

Lots of little annoyances at first. No remote, wifi pw( my fault) not found - she showed me it was written on the key envelope. One key was not operable so had to get it programmed, elevator slow....all in all a very nice stay. It is clean and comfortable but needs some cosmetic attention.

Great value hotel, friendly staff, easy (free) parking on site. Generous breakfast options, pretty good Gym!

Not suitable for noise sensitive guests: Located directly next to Freeway and train tracks. Either some crazy motorcycle monkeys or some noisy honking freight train may wake you up several times a night. I used ear plugs and slept well.

The property is located close to downtown Denver, offering a nice mountain view. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast was excellent. The pool area can be a good place for relaxation.

It was all good.

The ladies that dude the breakfast actually I should save one lady she is the tallest and biggest lady that does the breakfast was kind of rude and snotty. Asked her about omelets and how I could order one and she rudely looks at me and gives me a dirty look like I'm bothering her and says we don't do that anymore. I said oh just for the rest of the day. she said no we haven' done it since the pandemic. It wasn't what she said but how she said it, She said it with a snotty tone a snotty look like I was bothering her

We were there for 2 nights. It was a good place to stay. Staff was very friendly. A special thanks to the gentleman who provided an extra chair for our room so we could watch a football game in comfort.

Spacious room, clean, nice paintings on walls, excellent breakfast in large comfortable seating area

Tricky to find entrance off main road , but only the first time :)

I loved that this hotel was enough removed from Downtown Denver, yet easy on I25. The area is kind of industrial but it in no way felt uncomfortable and the grounds were well maintained. Our room was an ADA accessible on the first floor which I requested. It was quiet and very comfortable. Ample plillows and comfy bed. Breakfast was outstanding. Hot and well stocked and served. The eating area was kept immaculate by staff with thorough table cleaning between guests. The staff was very accommodating!

Parking was a bit tight but available. Pool was nice but while we were there pretty over run with kids who were all over the place!
