The beds are big and comfortable. The breakfast is included and it has things such as fruits, cereals, muffins, milk, yogurt, eggs, bread, juices. The staff is very nice. When we arrived they told us that my card had not been charged from Booking and they charged at the check-in. The thing is I had been charged by Booking so they charged twice. However, they did not put any impediment to reimburse the money back.

The breakfast also had coffee but the coffee was not good. The staff leaves at 7pm and it is hard to request something after that time. In our case, they did not give us the Wi-Fi at the check-in and I had to ask other guests for the password.

It's just a few minutes from the Visitor Center. The room had a desk, small table w 2 chairs, dresser, TV, coffee maker, mini fridge, and microwave. The wall heater made minimal noise, and there were blackout blinds. We had 2 comfortable beds. Everything was very clean, and the bathroom had nice towels, a hair dryer, and an excellent shower. The continental breakfast had juices and hot water for coffee and hot cocoa, cereal and milk, muffins and pop tarts, bread and jelly, yogurt, fruit, and hard boiled eggs. The staff was nice. My father and I enjoyed our stay!

There were a few stains on the bathroom ceiling that could be removed.

Great blanket size, which is not common for these kind of motels. Good comfortable shower.

The breakfast had a lot of sugary/deserty stuff like waffles, muffins, jam etc. I could've wished for some something more substantial like ham, bacon, eggs or something like that. I was lucky to get the last boiled egg, but later there were not eggs as well. The staff worker seemed very determined to remind us multiple times about the penalty fees, we have to pay, if we broke something or didn't return something. Don't think we looked that dangerous, but she might have been instructed to do that though. Other than that, she was nice though.

The location to Rocky Mountain National Park is perfect. This was also close to restaurants and shopping downtown in Estes. The room itself was very comfortable and spacious.

The front desk gave us a key to a room that was already occupied by another guest which made for an awkward first impression. I am not sure how this mix up happened by staff/system. Other than coffee and yogurt, there is nothing else at breakfast (hard boiled egg, white toast, pre-packaged jam/peanut butter, cereal, pre-packaged waffle) which would sustain you for a long day or hike ahead which disappointed us. The room was fairly quiet, but we could hear the TV next door at 6 in the morning, and we could hear guests walk above us (we were on ground level).

When I drove up to the hotel, I was like "What is this?" but soon you should not judge the book by it's cover. I rented a room with double queen beds and a balcony. It cost a bit more than a room that didn't have a balcony but it turned out to be we so worth it. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had room 107 down a small hill and around the corner. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. The beds were very comfy. The balcony was so worth it because the view was beautiful. You are able to see snow tipped mountains in the distance. Because we were there in late February, it was very cold to sit outside due to the cold and high winds. The hotel offers a small breakfast in an eclectic designed breakfast area off the small lobby. Overall, our stay at this hotel was exceptional and I would definitelly stay there again. Please go and check it out.

There was absolutely nothing that I didn't like about this hotel.

Overall, my experience was excellent. The room was perfectly clean and just 8–10 minutes from the main entrance to RMNP and 4 minutes from downtown Estes Park.

I was disappointed with the breakfast. The first day was good, with options like boiled eggs, waffles, fruit, and bread. But over the next few days, it seemed the staff didn’t restock items, so many things ran out, and the selection became even more limited. Additionally, the morning service at the front desk could be improved.

Our room was very nice and easy access to town ! Loved the back patio area where we were able to relax and visit and eat our take out dinner

Was quoted a room and paid for a balcony room but what we got was a room with a deck, the balcony rooms were above us ! We got to see the trees but not enjoy the full view as we had anticipated from the website where we booked ! Tried to complain twice and didn’t get any satisfaction! The office area and breakfast area is in dire need of an update !

Our room was located in an adjacent building to the main facility and was amazing. Bathroom was large and clean. There was a fenced deck off our room. In the morning, we watched a large bull elk and his "harem" nibble on the grass around the building. It was a picture-perfect experience for Estes Park! Room was on the bottom floor and easy to access.

Very few choices for breakfast and seating area was not welcoming or extremely clean. It was a definite disappointment.

The view was great, private patio was a huge plus

The beds weren't very comfortable and some missing wheels. There was no soap in the shower. The blow dryer needs to be replaced. It got super hot and the coils were red then it stopped working. Took about 5min before it worked again but at that point we were nervous to use it. We found dog/cat food on the floor. And a giant fake eyelash got stuck to the bottom of my foot. I do not wear fake eyelashes. So that was gross.

Location is amazing, the views, the closeness to downtown, the easy access to it, everything about the location was amazing, is a really good lodge for the price you pay.

The pillows are really bad, super uncomfortable, all the pillows are pretty much the same, super soft and old, same with the mattress, so as an advice next time I would bring my own pillow. Still is a cheap lodge and is not like you can expect a lot.
