I had a corner room with two balconies, and the views from both were spectacular! I enjoyed the views the most during my stay. All of the staff were friendly, but the front desk team was the best! I can't say enough about them. The room was spacious.

The furniture is worn and needs updating. There were stains on the couch, one of the chairs, the bedspread, and the carpet. There were frayed areas of carpet and rips in some of the furniture. It just needs a to be taken care of because the locations and views are worth the stay.

Estes is home away from home. We're natives. We have spoken with the staff & they all have been so kind & friendly. And attentive. I say this bc we are Vegan. As vegans, there are almost always discussions/chats with staff. They have been fantastic and the communications PRIOR TO OUR ARRIVIAL, made me more excited to stay bc I knew what I could eat & didn't have to go through the whole Vegan thing.

We did not make it to Estes. we made a new reservation. I don't know if I was refunded. As a vegan, I always wish establishments could understand that a vegan dish is cheap & they probably have most of the ingredients already. Vegans are tired of a plant based burger and dressed up salad with balsamic. That's what we make when we are lazy! 15 mins. in the airfryer & it's perfect. If you can find yourself One great vegan dish --MONEY!!!

The room was very nice & spacious. We liked having a sink in the main room. I really enjoyed sitting on the patio & looking at the lake & mountains. The front desk staff was so friendly. The restaurant & view were amazing!

No grab bars in the bathroom made it very hard for me. There were no accessible rooms left, so I had a regular room. (We booked at the last minute) I managed to pull the towel rack off the wall when trying to steady myself. Very frustrating & scary. The hotel was kind enough to provide a bath bench for me.

The staff was so nice! I got my partner and I a stay there for a couple of nights for his birthday. We had a beautiful view of the lake, which was a pretty decent price! We also went on our trip during the off season. They left cute little chocolate covered strawberries with a happy birthday card. The Dunraven restaurant inside the hotel does room service. The pancakes, I'm not kidding, or exaggerating, were the most incredible pancakes I've ever had in my entire life. I highly recommend getting some! The staff went above and beyond to help make my partners birthday special, and I'm so thankful for that. Seriously one of the best places in Estes Park to stay for a getaway!

Now, this is only because I'm a housekeeper myself, and my partner has OCD, so we are a little picky, but the bathtubs had a little residual layer of soap scum. Nothing horrible, I'm just picky about that stuff.

We were greeted at the front by two elk feeding on the trees at the main entrance. Our room had 2 walkout balconies in different directions with seating. We enjoyed sunset drinks overlooking the lake and the mountains behind. Enjoyed a fabulous dinner at the restaurant and a crisp morning walk with the changing leaves and a small herd of elk as the sun came up over the mountains.

The location was good, right on the lakeside. The room was a little quirky with lots of doors leading off the bedroom. There was a resturant on site which was adequate.

It said it had two balconies, but it was a ground floor room and the balconies were below the level of the public pathway next to the lake which means you couldn't really see that well or feel very comfortable about sitting out there. In fact the only way that you had a view was due to the fact that there were some high stalls provided for you to sit on.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We had a lake view which was AHHH-mazing! We ate breakfast twice and dinner once in the restaurant on site. The prices were comparable to local restaurants and the food was delicious. I would and have recommended this location to friends and would definitely stay here again should we ever travel back to Estes Park. Thank you for a great stay!

Both the pool and hot tub were still closed due to Covid. At this time I think using Covid as an excuse is just that (an excuse) seeing as how the sauna and game room were open and there is no longer a mask mandate.

Breakfast was great! Our view of the lake was awesome! Rooms are a little outdated but the beds were comfortable and we weren't in our rooms that much. Loved the location and the walking trail right outside. Close to both park entrances!

The location and views were exceptional. Stormy at the front desk also provided excellent customer service.

One of the lake view rooms had a broken seal on the sliding glass door which caused an obstruction of view. The window was cloudy which was disappointing for a view room. At times we smelled strong curry smell when there was no Indian food in the resort menu.

Amazing views with great customer service!

There was some construction on our floor but not too disturbing. Our bathroom had a leaky faucet in the tub and a crack around the sink. Overall it was a nice room. The property was beautiful and we loved having a playground next to the lodge for our 2yo to play on.
