The location was central for most activities we participated in and the visitor's center. It was also a very clean, comfortable location. We did not arrive by the 9:00 check-in request, but they were very accommodating as we were flying in later. They also left the light on for us to be more welcoming as we got there at 1:00 a.m. Housekeeping did a great job keeping up with our needs each day.

Breakfast was very minimal. The beds were not as comfortable as we had hoped for. There is also no ventilation in the bathrooms. There needs to be a bigger breakfast area to accommodate all of the visitors- the ratio of visitor to seating each morning was not adequate; and a majority of our stay was on a week day.

I loved everything! The complimentary hot tea, coffee, and hot chocolate. The hotel is convenient and easy access. It has a SAUNA! Rooms are so clean, linens and sheets smell fresh. I love their coffee mugs In the rooms. Front desk Gentlman is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful place! We will come back again!

It can take a while for the rooms to heat up but it takes a adjustment to get the rooms warm. (Hint: use the ceiling fan to circulate the air) The complimentary breakfast... it's simple though and fast items to eat. Can't complain though, it's nice.

Perfect location to access the marina trail, which easily takes you into Estes Park. The bedding and bath linens were all fresh, great quality and actually changed out daily. The pool and hot tub were clean and spa towels even supplied in the pool house. Breakfast was plentiful, with Staff continuously replenishing the buffet. The breakfast dining area looks out toward the Rocky Mountains for an incredible view to start your day! Dining area also kept spotless. The motel had window boxes filled w/lovely blooming flowers, adding to the charm and ambiance. Staff were attentive to Guests and our stay exceeded expectations. Would definitely consider staying here on future visits, it is a “little gem” in Estes Park.

Not the fault of the motel, but adjoining Guests on either side would slam doors, as late as 11pm. Not good, but nothing any accommodations can control. Some people simply do not think of others!

We absolutely loved this place! The staff went above and beyond for us at every turn. It had delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options, two pools and a hot tub, and free popcorn and smores every day! That really made it a fun and playful experience for us huddling around the firepit to roast our 'mallows. 🏕️

It was the most expensive place we stayed throughout our cross-country road trip, but this has more to do with Estes Park than this hotel in particular. It's hard to accept that hotels have gotten so expensive, but this property seems to be doing everything they can to make it an excellent value for its guests.

Room was great with new carpet, as a matter of fact it seemed like the entire room had recently been renewed. It was definitely comfortable. The best feature was their service and fantastic park area. This area included covered BBQing area with multiple grills, several spacious fire pits with updated outdoor furniture, a huge and well-equipped playscape, high quality picnic tables, and outdoor games like over-sized Connect 4 and corn hole, as well as a beautiful pool. The charming family atmosphere, super clean facilities, and great service make this a perfect place to stay!

This hotel was awesome! Very central to everything with a short drive and if you didn't want to drive the Estes Park Shuttle stopped right outside the hotel several times. The room was a nice size, clean and comfy with a great bed. I didn't get a chance to use the pools but they looked wonderful. Breakfast was nice and went until 10am. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great place for single, couples or families. I will stay there again on my next visit to Estes Park.

This place exceeded our expectations! We loved the location, kids loved the playground, afternoon popcorn, and marshmallow time,etc. The rooms we had were clean, which exceeded our expectations of a "motel".

I wished the breakfast area was bigger. The temperature in the room was warmer than we liked, and we couldn't cool it fown further because the windows weren't functional to create cross flow even though it was much cooler outside.

Estes Mountain Inn was further out than we had expected, so it was getting dark by the time we eventually found it! We were given a great restaurant recommendation by the staff member HUNTER'S CHOP HOUSE, a short car journey away. We would have preferred a walk, but this place was well worth a visit - we went both nights for the delicious food. Breakfast at the Inn was varied and very good - I learnt to make waffles! - and all the guests were very friendly. We were grateful that an early message notified us of the complicated time slot entry to the Rocky Mountain National Park. However, a glitch meant that the messages kept coming. Hopefully it is sorted by now!

We were grateful for the laundry facilities, but there didn't seem to be any heat in the tumble dryer. I wasn't convinced another round would be worth the time, so we managed to finish drying them off in our room!

Loved the proximity to RMNP, downtown Estes, Lake Estes, etc. Staff was friendly!

The room could have used a few hooks on walls to hang things. Lots of people come to Estes for hiking and outdoor activities- with that comes lots of equipment. It would have been great to hang various packs, bags, etc with hooks. The bathroom also had no ventilation or fan, so since we’re all human and poop, the smell kinda just stayed in the bathroom… traveling with another person, it just made me happy there were chairs outside the room in the fresh air! LOL.

They say they offer a continental breakfast, but I would call it more than that. You could make waffles, and they had cereal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, in addition to toast, muffins and trail mix bars. Staff was very friendly.

Being from Florida we found the heat to be a little uneven. In all honestly this was a spur of the minute trip so we didn't have enough warm clothes with us, otherwise we would have been fine.
