The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The check in process was very quick and hassle free. There is an incredibly large snack station available with a lot of options across the board. I didn't get the opportunity to indulge myself during my stay, but I will next time. 😀 My room was very clean and quiet and had more than everything I needed. (Water stations at the water fountains were a plus for me, as well.)

I don't Iike the rolling door on the bathroom, but that is a real stretch to say whether it would make or break the stay.

Lady in the front desk was amazing 👏 outstanding. She was seriously our angel after experiencing horrible stay just down the street in another hotel we were able to book early morning everything was book the day of our arrival reason why we had to get the other one. They had all necessities to wash. Breakfast was delicious 😋 Wil forever be thankful for her amazing customer service. Thank you so much.

Room was fantastic. The grounds were well maintained. The patio area was very pleasant. Coffee and tea were appreciated, as were the late afternoon/evening cookies!

The hot tub was not operational. It was a main reason I chose to stay there. Breakfast was ok - there was no orange juice for the 3 days I stayed there.

I was blown away by the warm, friendly wecolming staff and even moreso when we walked into the pool area. Our 6 and 8 year old LOVED the pool and we did, too. Nice hot tub. The rooms were immaculate and beds SO comfy. Breakfast was above what we normally see at the free continental breakfast offerings during other stays. The two employees, one is Debby, sure did a nice job making sure we had everything we needed. 3 rooms booked within our group of travelers. THANK YOU!

Breakfast, you need more food. But staff is really good.

The breakfast was good for the most part. The location was good as well. The kitchen help was very good. Rooms, as well as the motel, were very clean.

The air conditioner would stop cooling, the maintenance employee was super, I think his name is Ivan Mendoza, and he's a special employee (don't lose him, seriously). He has communication skills most technicians don't have. He made sure everything was working before leaving and going home. Your air conditioners seem out of date, we had to set the thermostat 4 degrees different the temperature desired.

Suite was big. The beds were comfortable. Good breakfast and free beverages in the lobby (coffee, tea, water)

Bathroom door didn’t shut and they didn’t fix it until the last day we were there. Jacuzzi did not work and pool was not very clean

Everything it was the best stay I’ve ever had! Food was great! Staff was amazing! Everything was clean! Extremely friendly and felt like was important not just another person! Accommodated all of our needs!! Will stay again!!

I was in room 312. The faucet is too close to the edge of the sink and very hard to use. Everything else was great!
