Room was huge and very clean, restrooms very clean. Loved the popcorn and cookies when we got to the Hotel after traveling it was a nice snack. Staff was extremely friendly always smiling and laughing with their guests which makes people feel more welcome.

Ice machine on our floor wasn't working no biggie but it is nice to not have to walk to another floor to get ice. My stay should have been 214.60 cents but my card was charged 314. So I am assuming that the extra hundred is a deposit but won't know till I call them or see if it ends up back in my account. I wish they would notify you of that just so your prepared.

Staff was willing to get me extra shampoo and towels since there was only enough for one person. Food at breakfast was good. Lots of room. Enough space for many guests to eat comfortably. Quiet for sleep.

Couldn't find the breakfast attendant. I had to leave my food to go find someone. Got cold. Use the microwave though. No forks was told there was no artificial sweetener and then some showed up but didn't see til after I was done eating but not to big a deal just I'm diabetic and have to watch the sugars. After looking for a person to help and finally sat down to eat then the attendant comes out. Idk maybe she just had to use the restroom so she got the benefit of the doubt.

The hotel and rooms were Super clean and the staff were friendly and very helpful and super close to the Fiddler Green Amp. We had a problem with the safe and within minutes after calling the front desk someone was there to fix it. But all in all I give this hotel a 10 and will definitely stay there again. The breakfast was really good. Thank you all for your dedication to your hotel.

The only thing we had wrong wit our room was, in the middle of the night the cool air stopped working and with my hot flashes it was rough trying to sleep , but the fan worked. It isn’t the hotel’s fault these things happen. We definitely will be back.

Very quiet and clean. It is in a great location.

In July, it was hotter than fire outside. I did not like the swamp cooler. It was humid in the room, not cool enough. Swamp coolers don't work well when it is cloudy/stormy in Colorado (had one). We lived in Colo for 35 years. We switched to AC. We met up with another traveler who commented about how it was not cool in his room either. Also, the ice machine did not work on the 2nd floor (our room was 213). I love my ice water. Again, July. We had to have someone in the lobby unlock the pantry to get ice.

i would definitely come back to stay at this property. comfortable beds, very roomy 2 queens, large bathroom vanity, wide open window for the thunderstorms and fresh air, nice pool, good gym, patio in the rear. tv size was acceptable. better than usual breakfast.

poor selection of TV channels, housekeeping staff was rude one was actually mean; the same one that was working the breakfast bar-she couldn’t keep up with supplies and food and didn’t care to be bothered about it. The washing machines were broken (mgmt was helpful) the ice machine was broken (management was helpful), mini fridge too small for longer stay. my room definitely had space for another dresser. housekeeping woke us up on our first morning to freshen our room (nice plus) but we did not have a do not disturb sign.

I stayed at this hotel during the week for 2 nights after arriving from a long-distance flight and enjoyed the clean and quiet room on the 2nd floor, the very good included breakfast (with excellent coffee) The staff was really nice. I could use the shuttle bus and also there were restaurants and a supermarket and a train station (to downtown Denver) within walking distance. Because I liked everything so much, I decided to book another night at this place for the Saturday night before my return flight and cancelled my previously booked hotel.

When I came back my experience was not quite as great as the first stay, since I didn't get a room that I requested and the staff at front desk weren't willing to change anything. I had the very first room off the lobby, which was noisy, across from the kitchen and right next to the entrance and the parking lot, so I really did not have a lot of privacy plus could not leave my window open. Even the coffee at breakfast tasted differently that morning. So for the 2 stays I had here, they seemed like 2 completely different places to me. But I remember the good stay and would come back during the week.

Comfortable, good value for money. The housekeeper made my bed every day and tidied the bathroom (I was there a week). I felt sorry for the breakfast lady who tried very hard to help people with everything and had a lot of pride in her job. Some people could have cared less. She even tried to tell people what could go in the recycling bin, but people are so inconsiderate.

I like fresh oatmeal and bananas, but there was only instant oatmeal and apples. But lots of other choices for different tastes.

Value for the price. Large, clean rooms. Especially appreciated was the night light on the hair dryer in the bathroom. A small thing, but hotels much more expensive don't have this. If you are looking for a luxurious place, this isn't it. If you are looking for a clean place, well located and well priced, this fits the bill. And the yummy evening cookies taste like they came from a bakery.

Rooms could be updated

Very large spacious king bed suite, comfortable with excellent breakfast and nice selection to tea (in addition to coffee of course). Staff very helpful and attentive to issues encountered during stay. Free parking and close to Fidler's green and I-25 so easy to commute from this location.

HVAC system was broken in suite; no AC working on 80-90 degree day. Able to open windows at night that helped. Staff offered to fix it however it still did not work when returned. We were moved to a double queen room that had working HVAC system. Manager next day was very understanding of situation and provided reasonable comp for the inconvenience of switching rooms. I did appreciate there was a gym but it was not very spacious and had limited equipment.

The best part of this hotel is the location, just down the street from Fiddler's Green, and right next to a great food court and brewery where you can enjoy some food and drink before the show. The room was very clean and comfortable and the included breakfast is nice and convenient.

There was really nothing I didn't like except the price. You can definitely find someplace for less, but then you're dealing with driving or getting an Uber. This is just a mid-range hotel with a typical buffet breakfast, nothing special. You are paying a higher price because of the convenience to the concert venue. For me it was well worth the extra cost.
