I absolutely loved the location and the views from the motel and the hot tub! I did like that the rooms were clean and the hallways wete clean as well. The evening shift ppl and the breakfast host were fantastic.

I didn't like the maids. They didn't clean the cleaner out of the tub and I had to. I learned the hard way and slipped the first night and my skin started to burn because of the cleaner because they forgot to rinse the tub. And any time we would see the maids they would be on their phones or messing around laughing together not doing their job. They probably got distracted and forgot. And when it was brought up to morning staff the lady did not care and was snobby about it.

Location was perfect for us -- across from St. Anthony's, Starbucks across the parking lot. Easy parking. Delicious and plentiful buffet breakfast with a lovely, efficient staff keeping it clean and well-stocked.

This is not about the Fairfield Inn -- I have only good things to say about the hotel. My stay was very good and comfortable. However, I paid for two stays bc Booking.com made it impossible to change or cancel my original reservation. The stock email was false. There was no contact with the Fairfield Inn to make the changes. I had no choice but to pay for an extra 4 night stay. The Fairfield Inn staff were courteous and apologetic, who said this happens often with Booking.com. I was in Denver -- across from the hospital -- under very difficult circumstances and did not have the energy to battle with Booking.com, but I was very disappointed and frustrated.

Quality was not good for hot food options. Decafe coffee was bitter. Apparently grains left in brewer after brew complete. That is when the final drippings are bitter and leave a bitter taste. Feel free to contact me at 717-376-7271 Joe and Becky Duke

Pool too small.

Location to our local family. Room size is good. Facilities very good (nice breakfast, pool, exercise room). Staff in daily breakfast area are great … they remember us from other visits and make us feel very welcome.

Costs are higher and vary from day to day … seems to be no benefit for frequent visitor or longer term visit. Certain rooms have been noisy but that is based on the particular guest next door.

Very clean. People were very friendly. Infused water in lobby was a nice touch.

Breakfast included was lacking, constantly were out of things (like milk for cereal). Our room only had a shower, no bath tub so I guess you have to specify if you want a tub. Hot tub wasn’t very warm.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions about direction, places to see, and restaurants. The breakfast was good, the staff was attentive. We were in town for a concert at Red Rocks and the location was convenient for that. It was close to several good restaurants. Lots of parks nearby for hiking and fishing.

Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, good location, many choices in the surroundings area, parking lot, perfect stay if you want to avoid the center.

Bad breakfast (limited choices, bad quality), tub was clogged. If i new about the breakfast i would have chosen to eat out since there are numerous selection to choose from.

Breakfast was great, lots of different options to choose from and good coffee. I liked the location because it was set apart from other hotels and didn't have a lot of people wandering around.

The bed was too low to the ground. And the hallway trash can was very smelly.

Clean and spacious rooms and public areas. Easy walk to a number of restaurants from fast food to fine dining.

Breakfast was amazing. Different options daily & very friendly staff, exceptional service! Upon arrival the toilet was noisy & they moved us rooms immediately. The bathroom was also exceptional, beautifully designed and comfortable shower! The window shade was a cool tree design, along with curtains for even more privacy! Also every hotel employee from cleaning crew to maintenance to front desk was helpful, friendly and inviting. Would definitely stay here again!

The bed could be more comfortable, was hard to get a full night's rest. Also the room was basic, one chair and a desk. Could add some more functionality & zazz to the room in general. The lighting was also extreme. Either the hallway light with the bathroom exhaust, or bright bulbs blinding you next to the bed. Not a terrible location but could hear the hospital helicopter & trains nearby, close to highway 6 for convenient travel across Denver.
