Next time we'll ask to have a room on the back side of the hotel, not facing the interstate. Simply our ignorance. We were shocked when we checked in and the clerk said we'd be having $100 charged to us, and returned the when we checked out if we hadn't damaged or taken anything. There was nothing on the booking website to prepare us for that. When we checked out, I asked the young man to attend to it please. He told me it'd take a few days. I think that's tacky. We rarely travel. Having this clearly stated on the booking site would have been appreciated. Otherwise, we were very pleased with our visit.

The breakfast was good. They changed it up each morning, so we had a different protein for each of our 4 mornings. The location was very convenient. We were able to get to the various Gem Show locations around town without too much drive time. The Red Rocks Amphitheatre was very close. There were some excellent restaurants close by. The bed and pillows were confortable. Provided uptodate connections for various devices and charging phones.

The 'split bathroom' setup wasn't convenient. Hard for one person to get ready and let the other person get a little more sleep, since the lights are on in the sink area for shaving. The price seemed high, but was on par with other hotels in the area. Shower pressure could've been better.

Very quiet rooms during our stay, though we were there Sunday - Tuesday so there weren’t many guests. The staff were very nice. Parking felt safe— I had a lot of visible items in my car since I am moving and we were not broken into. The pool looked really nice but was closed. Breakfast was pretty good for a hotel.

The rooms were a bit run down, though the second floor is being renovated so that may improve soon. The area felt a bit sketchy with several homeless folks walking around, I was nervous walking my dog at night. They downgraded us from a suite without telling us because we brought a dog.

The staff was very willing to work with me. I booked the room for my son who was having a medical procedure and needed a place to stay for two nights. They worked with me to get it set up. When my son showed up they were very accommodating and took very good care of him. They even brought breakfast to his room for him. We appreciate them helping the family though a stressful time. And we can't thank them enough.

I can't think of anything negative to say at all. We had tried another hotel and they were not willing to help at all. This group was the best. Again thank you all very much.

Easy location, quiet, facilities were clean, staff was very nice and accommodating.

My only complaints were that the breakfast is over at 9am, I think it would be better if it was open till 10am. And the parking, there seemed to be this big dumpster like a remodel dumpster taking up 3-4 of the closer parking spots next to the hotel, I think it would be better for the guests if that was moved to the back instead of making your guests park in the far back of the lot.

When you first walk into the lobby you can immediately experience how good it smells. It was also seasonally decorated for Fall. We also appreciated how clean it was, especially compared to the other Comfort Inns where we have stayed. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning.

I can't really think of anything we didn't like. Our stay was pretty awesome.

The second floor room was better than the first floor room. It had carpet and was quieter even though it was right next to the exercise room. The 1st floor king size room had a zero entry shower which was nice.

I prefer carpet over tile. My neighbors the first night stayed up past midnight and I could hear them even though they were just speaking normally. I believe that was due to the tile floors and adjoining door.

The front desk staff was extremely friendly, and the hotel was quiet. Plenty of parking and things to do around the hotel. Dog park was convenient for me to go walk my dog and it was cool to watch the disc golfers. A great family hotel for sure.

The breakfast hours could be longer. The pool also closed at 10 which was a bummer, I feel like pools are busy with family any time before that.

Enjoyed the breakfast.

The employee that was setting up breakfast one morning blew off the residue on the waffle plate rather than cleaning it properly. It gross me out and I did not have any that morning. I do not think that was the way to clean properly.

Clean, good amount of space in the room, very convenient location (close to freeway and major attractions)

We had to call the front desk multiple times for more toilet paper and clean towels, instead of housekeeping stocking the room every day like we expected.
