Staff was awesome and quick to help me when I needed it.

I was charged for a double room as well as my room. So I ended up having to leave a night early because I couldn't afford my whole stay after the extra charge. But that's not the properties fault at all. They were awesome

The room was large enough.

Our room was in a separate building from where we checked in. We stepped over extension cords leading to a small Christmas tree to get in the door of separate building. Very random Christmas decorations in some windows like it was an apartment building and not motel. Two adjoining rooms to our room. Screw missing from one of the locks separating the adjoining rooms. Price was low but felt like I understood why after we got there. It was cold outside but the room was very hot. Hard to control temperature since it blew directly toward bed.

Nice view of the mountains

Room was a little ratty, buckets in the hallway to catch a roof leak, etc.

The Room was nice, clean and the beds were comfortable. The 2 rooms was a bonus and suited our party well.

The hotel had water dripping from the ceiling on the ground floor (where we entered) and on the third floor, outside the elevator. It was damp and cold and dirty in all corridors. Buckets were left on the floor to catch the water, and the inside of the ceilings were exposed. The Hotel looked very old and in need of massive repairs. But inside the room it was OK. (3rd Floor 2Bedroom Room). The Breakfast was included but was extremely limited options and did not take into account any special diets. Coffee was good. The Price paid was high considering the hotel state and the extreme need for repairs. With water dripping and electricity on, it was also a high risk of power/fire issues. Very unsatisfactory.

The location

We weren’t in the room we made reservations for. We should have had 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and a sleeper sofa, we had 2 queen beds in each area

The room it self was clean and decent. The bed was comfortable and the sheets felt clean and soft. The TV is large and swivels, which was great for viewing.

The hotel halls and stairways are very dirty and dilapidated. The carpets were rippled and dirty as well as the interior walls were banged up. The exterior of the hotel is also dingy and the cement it crumpling. The parking lot has huge potholes, so be careful!. It was a little seedy and dank.

Hallway carpets dirty, curtains frayed, paint colors horrible and dated. Ceiling tiles water- stained in elevator area and bucket sitting in the hall where tiles were missing. Front desk closed on Sunday. No one there for check out or to request unopened shampoo and conditioner bottles for our rooms aftecheck-in. Wifi bounced from Holiday Inn. Beds comfortable, clean linens and floors appreciated in bedrooms. Maids very nice and helpful. View of lake and mountains beautiful from rooms facing that direction. It would be nice to see the view when lying in bed, but solid balastrades block the view unless you stand. Fronts desk girl not friendly or welcoming. No one answered the front desk phone after multiple attempts on check out day. Parking lot has huge potholes. Coffee in grab a breakfast to tasted like old oil. Disappointing for a place in such a beautiful location.

See above.
