Staff were very nice and accommodating. They even let me borrow a wine opener, which I returned shortly. Between a hockey tournament and a soccer tournament going on in town there were a lot of families staying there, so the pool was packed. The staff however remained pleasant and helpful. They were always smiling.

I realize that staffing is probably an issue here, like it is everywhere, but for $200/night I was a little irritated by having a letter in the room telling me to bag up all my trash, strip the bed, and leave sheets and towels in a pile on the floor. Having a microwave and mini fridge in the room, it would have been nice to have some plastic utensil packets with knife, fork, spoon and napkins. Lots of traffic noise until around 1:00 am; vehicles and motorcycles revving engines and drag racing.

My only minor complaints are that amenities such as coffee are not provided unless requested for second night stays. And our one tiny trash can was left full. I understand reuse the towels and make your own bed. Very minor, this is a great facility!

Property was clean and well built. Beds and pillows were great. Staff were friendly too. Price point was reasonable.

There was no vent in the bathroom for exhaust. The window seals had been leaking and there was rust build up and moisture between the glass panes. For the price of the room, breakfast should have been complimentary.

I liked everything about this place.

Two things, one the lady working in the bistro, got my Starbucks order wrong, and had to redo it. She didn’t have a problem redoing it but it did upset her. Also, I had to wait two extra days for you guys to get the charges correct on my credit card kind of a nerving that you charged me originally $580. I’m just glad it was fixed.

The entire facility is extremely clean, smells fantastic and is beautifully decorated. The cleaning staff is friendly and doing a FANTASTIC job!

Was in town for a family medical emergency and had not slept in almost 48 hrs, hence the request during booking for a top floor (7 floor facility), away from the elevator. At check in time, 1500, was given cards to room on the second floor. I asked for a room on a higher floor and explained the situation and need for sleep, was told there were no rooms clean on any higher floors and that it would be at least an hour long wait. The room was located behind (literally nested in an alcove behind) the elevator shaft. I returned to the front desk and asked for another room and was given cards to a room in the 5th floor (that were suddenly available). It was away from the elevator. Long-winded point, if check-in time is 1500, all rooms should be ready at that time.

The ease of checking in. The gal that checked us in was SO helpful! She got an air mattress up to our room quickly, and gave great suggestions for food in the area. She was very friendly and helpful and I feel bad that I don’t remember her name to give her credit!

The t.vcontrols were difficult to use. There should be a printed outline of how to use.

The “one” server at breakfast in the Bistro AND the heater/air conditioning system didn’t cooperate with us wanting to warm up the room.

Great location near riverwalk. Outstanding staff including Aubrey who helped us with a personal computer issue and Audrey at the front desk. All staff were knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

slight problem with hot water which the hotel quickly resolved.

close to river walk and reasonable restuarants. Clean and easy to get to.

food in hotel was very limited, not from COVID, especially for breakfast. The small bistro in the lobby has very limited selection and service was slow. Same thing when I stopped previously before COVID. There are good reasturants near by, except for breakfast.
