Had all amenities desired - pool, fitness room, laundry and breakfast. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Loved that there were cookies in the lobby in the evenings too. Beds were comfortable

Isolated location, but seems to be developing. A bit dated overall but functional.

Nice to get off the I-25 corridor to a quieter location that still has many amenities. The hotel is well managed and the staff are all helpful. Also has a good breakfast. Has a motorcycle wash-off and electric car charging station too. What more could you want?

Pool was small and busy, but that might not always be the case.

Short distance to lake Pueblo.

A barking dog across from our suite! Also the stench of mariguana was too obvious in the hallway! Stairs were noticeably dirty all the time of our stay since that was our closest in and out way to go!

The breakfast was ok. NOT a fan of a Blueberry waffle batter. Coffee was awful. It taste like hot water!! Our Mattress was not a good mattress, we were in room 123, also hated the pillows almost got up in the middle of the night to retrieve mine from the car, they were hard and thick. We were at the end of the hall, night was loud, people coming in and out, banging the door and running up the stairs. I am sure their lil furry friends were needing to potty. Pet owner so I understand the need for them to go. The back door closed very hard. People smoking/vaping at back door.. Grounds were very clean. All in All I would stay again,m just not at the end of the hall.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Quiet location although somewhat remote.

Breakfast was limited in choices. Include healthier options. Please upgrade the quality of the coffee. It was hot and brown but had no flavor.

The area it’s located was much better than the east side of Pueblo that we usually stay in. Plus the man at the front desk Al, I think, was funny and very welcoming!

Spacious room, easy check in and out, staff was friendly, decent breakfast, mediocre but drinkable coffee.

AC/heater unit was a little wonky, I think the knobs may have been replacements and didn't work great, it was hard to regulate the temp in the room. Lighting in the bathroom was pretty bad. Bulbs were out, good lighting in a bathroom is a must for most women.

The room was clean and comfortable.

Weekend breakfast hours are too short. The bathtub was very slow draining, causing standing in water while showering. Toilet is very low to the ground, difficult for older people to sit down on and get up from. Bathroom fan did not work.

An older hotel with good restaurant near by. Needed and received a later check-out. The location is great if you want to get away from the busy I-25 hotels. Beautiful mountain views.

Location is good, price for pets is fair, it was quiet and rooms were decent shape.

Bottle cap left behind door, tv didn't work right, the breakfast main dish biscuit were stale and gravy was bubbling thin in pot. Oh and no elevator. Also, bring your own blanket and pillow, they are thin.
