The view was incredible and the staff was perfect. It was a standard stay, with no issues which is the BEST type of trip to have. As it was in Denver, I appreciated the complimentary water provided in my room. The toiletries were lovely as well.

The parking was -- meh. It was a free lot, but the lot was SO FAR from the hotel. That cannot be changed so... overall I had a great trip.

Great room, spacious and fabulous mountain views. King sized was very comfortable and bathroom was great. Conditioner provided was superb for our hair! Good location, near to shops and other eateries.

Better security - access control in lift will improve security. No kettle in-room and some staff were not happy to assist with hot water needs. Suggest putting an inexpensive mini kettle in room for family needs, milk, tea etc. Coffee maker was not suitable as water will have remnants of coffee in it.

great value for money and surprisingly well located with good walkability and lovely trails for running/walking.

no cleaning service unless specially requested took us by surprise and they never did come to clean the following day even after we had requested it. Fridge had to be replaced twice due to being super noisy..impacted our sleep both nights but they took care of the problem quickly once reported.

Room 335 was my room and I really loved my Mountain View with a waterfall. Also, I liked that there was a restaurant just downstairs in case of bad weather. A third perk is a lot of places like Dave and Busters and a whole array of restaurants! Will be back for sure!

Large rooms and easy to reach Denver downtown on the 36 highway.

Coffee shop only open for 4 hours in the morning so hard to get a coffee after hours. The air in the rooms is too dry and one cannot open the windows for some ventilation.

Timmy was a security guard on the premises . He escorted me to my car early am and even helped carry my luggage . He was so kind and helpful. Thank You Timmy and best to you!

Work out center was down in the basement and I felt secluded by myself and uncomfortable .

View was great, bedding was super comfortable, room was clean, service was responsive and staff was easy to work with.

No refrigerator or microwave. Construction or repairs in lobby made the lobby cold and uncomfortable. I also didn't like that my attempt to make a reservation directly with the property was hijacked to booking.com which cost me an extra $15 for no discernable benefit that I could see.

Good location, nice sized rooms. beds were comfy

my brothers truck got vandalized in hotel parking lot, hotel room was left open from cleaning staff and when we left at 5:30 am there were NO carts to take our stuff down and no staff in sight. anyone could have walked right into hotel and up elevators. anyone!

Great location at a reasonable price, friendly staff and grand entry lobby. Rooms were comfortable with adequate space.

Two of the four elevators weren’t working and the wait for an elevator was long all weekend with a build up of people having to cram into the elevator cars when they’d arrive. Hotel is due for a renovation

the staff were all very friendly, the room was spacious and clean, and the view was amazing. There was a Starbucks and a small shop in the lobby area which was convenient.

The fridge was hidden, and the pool was underwhelming (but the pool temperature was perfect)
