Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, the room was very clean, and the atmosphere was nice with thoughtful amenities. The outdoor pet areas were the best we've ever seen at a hotel; it was clear a lot of thought and work went into designing and maintaining that feature. The room was lovely with comfortable bedding and mattresses and enough towels/washcloths for our family of 4. The kids enjoyed the pool, which was impressively clean. The lobby area was cozy and had several seating areas and tables for relaxing or working. We were happy to have ample, well-lit parking, working ice machines, and plenty of luggage carts, which many hotels no longer offer. Special kudos to the breakfast staff who helped us find allergy labels/info for the buffet items. This is one of those rare finds where they seem to be doing everything right! It was, by far, the best hotel we stayed in on our recent 2-week roundtrip from the Southwest to Michigan.

We can't think of anything we didn't like. This hotel was fantastic! Our only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer.

paid for late checkout at 1pm to sleep in after arriving at 3am and being abruptly woken up by housekeeping banging on our door at 9:45 (well before regular checkout time) and slamming our door open (thankfully stopped by the slide latch thing). she came back an hour later, same thing. my boyfriend told her we weren’t checking out yet. she proceeded to wait outside our door that entire time. we started to bring our bags out and she blocked the entire hallway staring at her phone and only looking up to give us go-to-hell looks. great facility and front desk but cleaning crew definitely needs a lesson in courtesy and cleanliness

Update: Cy called and we spoke about everything that happened during my stay. She was very kind and very compassionate about the situation. She has definitely made a horrible situation much better with her kind words. 10 stars!! Thank you Cy, for making this right.

Was attacked by 2 dogs that were off leash that had been staying at the hotel for 30 days. Hotel staff were kind in helping me clean the wounds and did call police for me, however, I was not checked on, was unable to speak to a manager or anything and after I checked out and made it home, was unable to get in contact with the manager at all. Very disappointed. We've stayed in trinidad a lot over the last 5 years and this experience has ruined our home away from home.

Staff was extra friendly, especially the young lady and gentleman who served breakfast. Breakfast was very good. Room was clean except cobwebs with spiders in bathroom 😳beds and pillows were extremely comfortable

The walls are very thin, you can hear everything and I mean everything! The people in room next to us and across hall were extremely loud, the people in room next to us started fussing, cussing and slamming doors at 4:45 AM!! People across hall were very loud all night, slammed doors .

Every single one of the staff members we encountered were so welcoming and kind. Mr. Ken was the shining star. He welcomed us in late around 11, was super conversational and friendly. When he discovered we were honeymooning, he upgraded us to “the best suite in the building” and it definitely was. The views from 303 were amazing! The facilities were super clean.

Breakfast was good but has some room for improvement, I like that it’s not all entirely self serve but the food just wasn’t very yummy!

Our stay was for two nights for the Rad DirtFest event. The room was lovely and clean, the facilities were excellent. The staff were fantastic, making us feel very welcome and very helpful. In particular Jess at reception was exceptional, no request was too much trouble, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again when we next visit Trinidad.

The location is convenient to the highway, but still quiet as we could not hear any highway noise in our room. Beds were firm but comfortable with a variety of pillows to choose from. The refrigerator was on the small side but we made it work. Breakfast was great, with many options to choose from....scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, sausage, cold juices, cereal, oatmeal, muffins, and fruit. A dog walk area was on the side of the building with pet waste bags provided, and treats by the side entry door, so my doggo felt very welcome there. The hotel also had a nice wall off the lobby with some local history which was fun to read, and they feature paintings from a local artist throughout. That was pretty cool!

We were traveling with our RV and they asked us to park in the rear lot. It was not a big deal, except the rear lot had not been cleared very well of snow so it was icy.

The staff was excellent. Even the housekeepers were friendly and helpful. The facilities were in fantastic condition--even noticeably better than a typical hotel of this class. The pool, hot tub, and fitness center exceeded expectations. Breakfast was very good with a little bit of local flair (green chili).

The water pressure in the shower wasn't great, but that was literally the only thing that I can think of. Everything else was truly outstanding.

The breakfast is always wonderful and filling. The rooms are normal size and beds are comfortable. The pool was so much fun and it they changed it to a salt water pool since the last time we stayed there. I highly recommend staying here!

The only down side was the elevator placement. I would like to see the elevator more centrally located. We stayed at the complete opposite side of the floor from the elevator. Next time we may request closer to the elevator.

The property was beautiful and amazing. All the amenities were perfect. We loved the full breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Even though I didn't bring my pets on this visit, there was an amazing pet area with treats and ample supplies for pets of all sizes. I always stay at this location and never have any regrets.

Nothing at all. We had a wonderful experience and no issues. Parking was safe and plentiful.
