The room was spotless, and the decor was very retro. Compared to new hotels and most other motels the rooms were absolutely huge. The pool was clean, clear, and felt amazing after a long day in the car. The staff was friendly and very accommodating. Our room was right by the ice machine so that was nice. Got to park right in front of our room and the cameras in the parking lot made me feel at ease. Good pressure in the showers so you actually got the shampoo out of your hair unlike some other places I've stayed for way more money. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

The bed was very hard but that's the only negative thing about this place. Everything else was awesome.

It was clean and comfortable with fresh paint and carpeting. Seems to have been remodeled. Microwave and fridge were new and worked. Parked right at my door, easy access off the Interstate. It was just right for a quick overnight break from driving. I would stay again!

Folgers, they need to up the coffee game. Office is uninhabited until 7:30. You are given one old school key and the door locks behind you. So If you leave the key inside after hours, your screwed until 7:30 am. Be careful. They should put up a reminder sign on the door IMO

This is a delightful property, the room was clean and comfortable. There's a pool and a lovely grassy area and basketball hoop if traveling with children. I would definitely stay here again.

There's no breakfast, though there is a coffeepot in the room. Couldn't go wrong to install a couple of hooks in the bathroom for clothes/towels etc. There's no lid on the toilet, so had to resort to using the windowsill for my clothing (not sure all the rooms have a bathroom window).

The hotel is a basic and simple setup which is a good value. The staff was really nice and helpful. The motel has a vintage motor hotel feel of old days and although the whole place seems like traveling in the 60's, that;s the charm. Don't be turned off by its look and simplicity from the exterior because it is nice, nostalgic, comfy and most of all very clean. You can tell that it's a small business and who doesn't like and respect small business Americana.

If anything, maybe a bit better bar soap, but really not much to complain about.

The staff was wonderful. This was perhaps the cleanest motel/hotel we ever stayed in. The location was great for visiting family living on the Santa Fe Trail Ranch just over the Colorado/New Mexico line.

There was nothing I didn't like. We'd definitely stay there again! Some furnishings were a little dated, but all the other very positive things easily made up for that.

The property was by far better than expected. This was a stop in for a break over for a longer trip for us and the only town around with hotels. Robin Hood by far exceeded our expectations. It had a lot of the vintage appeal but was by no means old or run down. It has been kept up with the original appeal of the motel. It was SUPER clean with the old nostalgic appeal. Heated outdoor pool which our families loved! The man working the front desk (I hate I can’t remember his name, but was family to the owners) was exceptionally nice and helpful.

At first glance, we thought it wasn't going to be a good choice. But after check-in, we opened the door to a generously large room with a separate area for sink, closet, and then the bathroom. The shower was the most powerful I've ever had and it felt great! Nothing fancy or over the top, just a very nice and comfy overnight that was better than expected.

Check-in was a breeze. Friendly staff. The pool was nicely maintained. The room was sizeable, even with the two queen beds. One story, out front parking, the lighting outside is great. We ordered pizza, it was there so quickly, and the delivery guy was super nice. We'd stay again.

The BEDS. 😭 They were SO, SO HARD. I mean, HARD. I was uncomfortable, I couldn't settle in. After driving all day, I would have liked a bed that was softer with a few more pillows 🫶

Nice, quiet hotel. Very clean and well kept. It’s not new by any means. It has a distinct 1970’s vibe right down to orange/brown flooring and glitter in the popcorn ceiling. But don’t be fooled by that. The tub/shower is newly installed. No signs of mold or mildew and water pressure was phenomenal. Can’t be beaten for the price!

Rooms were a little snug like most of the older designed hotels but not uncomfortable.

This old-style motel had been lovingly cared for. It was spotlessly clean and had been sympathetically updated as required. The room, a double queen, was HUGE ... Just perfect for my wife and I to share with her daughter and our granddaughter. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Great value for money.

The pillows ... one per person ... were rather flat and dead. But I'm sure had we gone to reception and asked for an extra one each they would have obliged!
