Excellent location! Great room size!
The buffet breakfast was a huge disappointment!! Food was cold and not choices. It was very expensive for bad eggs and undercooked bacon. No where was it mentioned it was a buffet and the breakfast menu is on the website. So if it isn’t being offered you just update your information. Also the information about it being a buffet and the price should be in the messages you send out before we check in.

Good location, a bit to one side away from the Vail village main square, near gondola. Breakfast options were good in Cucina. Rooms are nicely appointed. Water/Soda filling station was a plus.
Some areas are not stroller friendly. A bit of a walk from the Vail village promenade. Lack of room service may be a negative for families with young children.

The location is excellent and the restaurant has the best breakfast with excellent service. The pool area is darling and the spa staff and services are spot on! Beds are very comfortable with great room amenities. The spa pool off to the side of the hotel was lovely.
The valet and front desk service was not to the standard I would expect of a hotel of this level. I was taken to another resort fir a rehearsal dinner by the lodges shuttle service. When I called to get a ride home, the front desk informed me she was the only one in sight and would be unable to send someone to get me. I would expect a shuttle to be available at least until restaurant and closing times. In winter I would find this VERY important.

We loved this place! Amazing service, hospitality at it's finest at this place. We went for our anniversary and they sent us a bottle of prosecco, always had smiles on their faces, recommended things to go do and see. Just everything. They also had a shuttle to take you to ski/board at Lions Den which was awesome too.

location and rooms were great. staff excellent. only prob was room service was arbitrarily cancelled for 1 morning due to lack of staff and one of the in house restaurants,Elways, had a very unhelpful host who would not seat us for a late dinner when we arrived. luckily a lovely manager saved the day and did so.

The staff were beyond friendly and willing to help with anything and everything! Our flight got cancelled for the day we were supposed to leave, we were able to get a flight for the following day and they gave us an extra night at the hotel. Upgraded us to a Suite for the night and were truly helpful in the process. We were close to the town and near so many activities that we only had to leave the resort once or twice. It’s a beautiful place with such wonderful and kind people, we loved it here and plan on coming back!

Cucina restaurant has a very limited breakfast menu for guests that don't care for buffets.
The first room we were given #139 was on par with second rate hotel, after expressing our displeasure with the front desk we were relocated to a room more fitting for the Lodge experience. Thanks
