The front desk clerk, Aesha (sp?) was so welcoming, pleasant, and accommodating. She actually ready the special requests in my booking and accommodated them. Every time I ran into her, she had a pleasant smile and greeting. The views of the city and the mountains are STUNNING. The exercise facility is the best of any hotel I've ever stayed at. It is more of a gym than just an exercise facility. The paid internet is OUTSTANDING and the business center is the best of any hotel. Computers, large conference table, sitting area, etc.

I have stayed here many times for work and pleasure. Always happy with our time here. Staff are nice, property is clean and the location is great for work trips (Federal Center), and shows at Red Rocks.

Two bummer things this trip was 50% of the parking lot being closed, limiting available parking, and no info provided by staff on parking alternatives. And the products provided in the shower were broken (pump bottles attached to the shower wall were both missing and broken pumps), and smelled like cheap men's cologne. I always travel with my own toiletries just in case, but typically like that Sheraton offers. Even if they body wash and shampoo were available and working the smell was so bad I would not have used them.

I did not like the breakfast. I have yet to find a breakfast I can eat. My whole family is plant-based, which means we do not eat animal products. Plus, we do not eat packaged, unhealthy foods. Everything out on the breakfast table was either animal based or very unhealthy. I think it would be a huge plus for Sheraton to start the hotel journey and begin to carry healthier meals we can all eat. The plant-based industry is huge and growing. We need some better food. Other than that, we loved the hotel. The pool was the best !!

The location was great, and there is onsite covered parking which was great! The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The location is a good in-between distance from Denver and the mountains. Great shopping options within a short distance. Incredible pool and workout facility, great conference areas.

The breakfast was meh. The staff at the restaurant we're friendly but not super excited to be there. The milk was left out to long and tasted sour. There are a lot of restaurant choices within walking distance though :).

The security of hotel ur have use card to her though side doors or elevators so not just anyone can walk up in hotel

Price was higher then when I booked it through booking . Com by over 30 bucks so when on budget vacation I didnt expect extra cost also for price its bummer we don't get any free snack or drinks up scale hotel but was hoping for small treat for kiddo and me . Most hotels have at least breakfast free ... so that sucked .

Excellent from every aspect. I was in Denver for a surprise eye laser surgery. They gave me the "hospital discount". Supervisor let me check in early...the staff was exceptional. Facility clean. They even were PACKED with a solar seminar but you could not tell. I will always book with them again. 💕

All exceptional. Housekeeping was top notch too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and I particularly commend the staff who looked after us when we arrived late and for breakfast the next day. The rooms were a good size, clean and comfortable. The heating was a little noisy but you could turn it off.

Hotel is probably due a refurbishment, but there is nothing wrong with it.

The breakfast was good and was gifted to us. Loved the view from our room. Also loved the free parking and the size of the room was great.

There was hair on the shower walls. The mattress was stained with something red. And some of the ceiling tiles were stained with water.

I really like the fact that the building and facilities are in great shape and feel very well maintained. Staff was great and motel was run very professionally.

I wish the hot tub was open, but that's understandable as it's under repair.

The Sheraton Denver West Hotel made our stay super pleasant and comfortable after a late flight into Denver. The room was larger than I expected, very clean, with a nice view over the mountains and lots of amenities. Staff were helpful and quick to accommodate our requests, including flexibility with check-in and accommodating a late check-out. I felt very comfortable and would definitely stay here again!
