Breakfast was great. The room was comfortable, a good size, well-cleaned and maintained, and had lots of light. The staff member who checked me in was fantastic - thoughtful and friendly.

Location was a little tricky to get to from the highway, but strangely, getting back on the highway from the hotel was much easier. I really didn't like having to pay extra for slightly higher-speed internet so I could stream video decently - it wasn't a lot of extra money, but the room is already pricey enough. Also, watch out - they'll ask for your card and put a hold for an additional $100 deposit on it even if you reserve and pre-pay for the room with this or any other app. I didn't learn that until I checked in. It'll take a few days before the funds are freed up.

We were first put across from elevator in the main hallway. Near poll and food etc. way to busy and noisy. Because the a/c wasn't working they quickly moved us to another room which was still on the main floor but way further away. Much better. Why would they put us in a busy noisy place in the first place instead of quieter location? Who would want noise ? But, they were polite and responded to our concerns in seconds and we were swiftly moved.

Breakfast was fine. Your staff member drove us to a local restaurant and brought us back. That was very nice of him and we really appreciated it.

WE really needed a later check out to attend a graduation, but could only get until 1- so had to check out at 8a to get to the graduation. But the staff held our lugguage until we returned to get an uber to take us to the airport. So, we appreciated that accommodation.

The room was clean and comfortable. The young man at the front desk on the morning of August 30 was exceptionally friendly and attentive. The breakfast had a great selection of options.

The woman who checked us in on the night of August 29 made me think that I was bothering her. She didn't smile or make eye contact. It might have been the end of her shift or an off day for her, but she portrayed a noticeable sense of "I don't like my job".

The location is amazing; close to the highway yet very secluded. The hotel appears new, modern, and clean. There was bit of a snafoo in checking in since I used a third party to book the reservation; however, Mr. Morales worked patiently with the third party booking service to resolve the issue.

location was perfect, not as close to highway as most facilities which greatly reduced highway noise and congestion near hotel.

they have an indoor pool but the pool heater broke a few days before our stay started.

Breakfast and the the room was perfect for us. Our little dog liked it to. Good quiet location.

Even though I booked it through Booking.com the hotel had no record of my reservation. Luckily I had brought a printed copy of my receipt with a reservation number. They were confused, but provided us with an upgraded room as an apology. Nice people.

Great hotel, great pool, great room --

Front desk was rude on departure and didn't invite me to have breakfast or coffee. I felt embarrassed that I had even stayed there which is so strange.

Alan at the front desk was very welcoming and personable. The hotel has recently been renovated, so it's beautiful and grander than other Hampton Inns. Room was spacious and it had a walk-in shower.

They need to add a luggage rack as two people each need their own..

We were Very happy with this hotel. We were close to our daughter's graduation. Having breakfast included was perfect since we had to get up and out early. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful to all our needs.We are very happy that we chose this hotel.
