The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable! Staff courteous and facilities clean.

The only negatives: - Got in shower, soaped my hair, went to use conditioner and container was empty. :( - I did ask for a room close to an elevator, which I received, however the view out of my window - the rooftop, right there, it was a less than appealing view - I kept the curtains closed.

Great for families. Service was wonderful from front desk to cleaning staff. Starbucks in the lobby. Hotel lobby staff Went the extra mile, and after hearing about my negative experience with the on-site restaurant, had my meal comped.

Helmsman restaurant- excellent food but seemed understaffed. Took forever to get seated and served. Waited 20 minutes for the check.

we were informed the Restuarant would be open until 10:30, however when we arrived at 9:45pm others were seated and eating and we were informed it was no longer open. We had to eat in the bar area. Food choices limited and waited 25 min to order and 60 before we were served. While those at the bar arrived after us and were served their food 20 minutes before us. Waitress at bar was very rude.

Everything was perfect.The food was delicious.I like the fact I didn't have to go out eat somewhere else

Good location. Room was clean and we had plenty of space. Plenty of parking

The room was noisy. Loud sounds when AC kicked on and noise from guests in the hallway.

Breakfast was great, the service was good, it took a little longer because there was a group for a wedding so it was kind of busy.

We were assigned a handicap room which was fine, except that there is no carpeting on the floor so it felt a little cold and not as cozy as if there had been carpeting. We understand the need for it but were surprised to be given this room.

All of it the food, bed, pool and spa.

When I got into the room I had no idea where the menu for the food was. I think more hand held information in the room would be helpful besides that it was great

Staff and services. Had a problem with the shower are first night and was quickly moved to a different room and given a voucher for breakfast.

The pool was very growled with kids jumping and fairly loud. Did not stay. Ice machine on floor was broken for the three night stay.

the staff was polite and went above and beyond. they sent up 2 pieces of cheese cake for my wife cause it was her birthday that was very nice and made my wife happy. I didn't ask for it but was very happy with it

The property was extremely clean and well kept up with. The staff, especially Jesse at the the front desk, were exceptionally kind and helpful.

Overall the property was great, however the bed was a little uncomfortable. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay here again in the future.
