The hotel was perfectly located for our travel plans, and we were able to get around inexpensively using uber or walking. Staff was friendly and accommodating and kind enough to provide us with a room away from wedding guests staying there just in case it got noisy. This courtesy was much appreciated and as it turned out, it was in fact a quiet stay.

The buffet breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good, however a bit pricey compared to other hotels where the same style breakfast is often included or discounted. But the restaurant itself was nice and the staff friendly and courteous.

Check-in with Jake was very fast and efficient, and when we saw him a bit later, he inquired if everything was what we expected. The pool was very nice and showeres and towels were included. The roll-in shower was much appreciated. Although it was located in the center of town, the Inn was easy to find and had good parking.

The only improvement we could ask for is for the room to have a luggage rack to make it easier to use one's,suit case. The Holiday Inn does not serve breakfast.

The location was perfect. Parked the car upon arrival and never had to use it once. Enjoyed a short walk to a favorite tavern, restaurant and the show at The Garde Arts Center. New London is a great walking city.

Some of the furnishing and window treatments could use a make-over.

Located in a quiet area. Only a short walk from the centre of New London and it's port and train station. King room was large and spacious. Good facilities (including self-service laundry and luggage storage). Staff were friendly and very accommodating.

It was a quick one-night stay for a local college visit Check-in was fast, lobby was clean and spacious and the same goes for the bedroom. Wasn't expecting lots of frills and we didn't consume any services. Plenty of parking at the hotel and quick access to I-95. Ticked the boxes for location, but we knew what to expect in New London. The towns further North are much more quaint, if you plan for a longer stay.

no breakfast….although when checking in was told breakfast was between 6-10 across Lobby….we assumed it was complimentary….no mention should have been made regarding breakfast if it was not included….deceptive practice

The facility,pool and restaurant were much nicer than expected. Pool was very large and clean without chlorine smell. Food was great in the restaurant and the beds were super comfy.

Not much going on nearby but didn’t care, we stayed in Hotel for the night instead.

Location was perfect for walking to the various ferries of new London, the food at the restaurant was phenomenal and the room was the largest and nicest room I’ve ever stayed in!

I left a day early and sadly wasn’t able to get any money back for the extra night.

I like the fact that the facility was very clean. The bed was very comfortable.

In my bathroom, little nats were around the sink area when brushing my teeth. Not sure where and why they were there.

The room was comfortable and clean, however, the only breakfast was in an adjacent restaurant. Independent of the Hotel is a little disappointing.

Breakfast should be included in the room rate or added as an additional charge as opposed to purchasing a coupon during check-in, it didn't seem professional.
