I have stayed at this hotel before. Although the surrounding area is a bit sketchy, I've always found the beds to be very comfortable. This time, I paid extra for the deluxe room so that I could have a fridge. Other than the inside of the door being completely scratched up (perhaps from dogs?) the room was very nice and comfortable.

The rooms where clean it was quite.

There was no small refrigerator. But, again they are up dating place I can't complain.

First of all the service staffs were very welcoming,I was welcomed by a hot beverage while checking the rooms. The room was comfortable along with the food.

Every thing was beyond my expectations.

Rooms were nice and the parking was free, the food was tasty too and the staff were friendly

There is nothing that I didn’t liked about property but there is always room for improvement.

My daughter and two grandkids were traveling to New York from Maine and this was the person distance in-between to sleep and it's right down the street from restaurant's and shopping mall the room was clean and the beds were comfortable! The man in the office was nice and helpful it was quiet also we got there at about midnight and there wasn't people hanging around the property or anything so we felt safe and would stay again!

the property is “ tired” , but my room had a antiseptic smell initially, but was not overwhelming. surfaces, floors clean, bed clean linen, comfortable

it had a tired look which made me concerned for cleanliness but my room was ultimately comfortable and clean

I mostly liked the staff and the facilities

Great customer service. Excellent price. Love that RR is pet friendly.

RR would benefit from updating room decor. Adding complementary breakfast or coffee would be awesome for guest. Providing resources on local sites or best places to visit.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good value

The furnishings were dated, but you could tell they were working on updates (new flooring, remodeled bathroom) the only thing that concerned me was the hairdryer had a broken plug but was plugged in.

Convenience of mall near by. Short walk to a few resteraunts. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Over all a nice 3 days there

No brkfst. Lobby soda/snack pricing.
