The Front Desk staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and in good order. The breakfast was good as usual. We have stayed here several times and it is one of our go tos when in the area.

The price is too high. The room was close to $400 for the night. That is high and as a result I have looked for better rates at other hotels on their websites.

Room was clean and very comfortable! Hotel was conveniently located within 5 minutes of the Mohegan Sun Casino.

Breakfast Room was very crowded the day we were there (I think there was a wedding party that weekend), so some of the items were not available and the waffle station was a mess. The person in charge did his best to keep up but was not very friendly (as was our server up in the Vermont location).

Desk staff was suoer nice and helpful. Room was nice, clean, complete, and the hotel was really quiet thankfully.

One weird policy they had (not the desk guy's fault, he was just "obeying orders") was to "collect some collateral" in order to use one of the trolley carts to haul stuff to your room, such as leaving a cellphone, to assure them the cart would be returned to the lobby. Treating all the customers like grade schoolers.

Excellent staff and location; clean & comfortable room. The pool and gym looked good although we didn’t have time to enjoy either. Breakfast was included and it was good. Breads, muffins, bagels, omelets, sausage links, home fries, oatmeal, fruit, juices, coffee, teas. They also have an hourly evening shuttle to Mohegan Sun, but you should verify the time it runs as they have more or less frequency depending on events at the arena. We didn’t take advantage of it, but nice option.

The cost for the double queen room was around $ 500.00 for a Friday night stay with 3 adult occupancy. I compared and a week later the cost would be $212.00. Obviously they up the price on nights when there is an event at the Mohegan arena. Bummer.

Everything was excellent, incl the ice cream which even had its own spoon built in! Lol however there were plenty of spoons available. There is a shuttle that bring u back and forth to mohegan every hour thru midnite. And returns u on the hour and 15min. Theres a great pool and even a small bar where a guy makes u a drink or beer, wine.

The staff at the front desk were absolutely amazing and accomidating,friendly, courteous, and informative. I truly felt welcomed. They explained everything from pool & fintess center hours, lounge hours, and the continental breakfast to the free shuttle services to and from the casino. The pool was nice & clean and the hot tub was nice as well. The breakfast was very good with a large selection.

The room was ok, not terrible, but not great. It has all the necessary items such as fridge and microwave clothing storage, TV and even an in room safe. However, there's a lack of lighting in the room, especially at night when the sun's not shining through the windows. We did notice the carpets could be vacuumed a bit better in the room. The beds were also something to be desired. I have stayed at my share of hotels, and most of the time, I sleep quite well. The mattresses in our rooms were subpar. Cheap and springy. The pillows weren't great either. All in all, though, it would not completely deter me from staying again as the good outweighs the bad. After all, I'm not living there. It's just a place to stay the night or two.

The hotel was very clean and fresh. Location was convenient and near major roadways. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I felt room was very dark. Available lamps/lighting was very dim. Would have preferred overhead lighting. Also, bottles of water in room for $3 each. Give me a break! And your store next to the reception desk was a joke. A small bag of chips or snack food for 6-8 dollars. That is totally ridiculous. Makes me question the management's hospitality skill set.

the body wash in the shower was empty upon arrival the chemicals in the pool room were to strong just walking into the pool room made my eyes burn and swimming in the pool intensified this feeling

Breakfast was just ok. No fresh fruit besides oranges. Hot entrees tasted good but seemed mass produced. (Especially the eggs).

Better quality and selection for breakfast.

Room and facilities were clean. The hot tub and pool was very nice. The staff were all friendly when checking in and checking out as well.

I wasn't impressed with the breakfast food and area was small with limited seating. The food was being replaced quickly and was hot however the taste was just very bland on the eggs and home fries. The pork sausages were good.
