This hotel checks off just about every box- it’s in a safe and great area, free parking, VERY CLEAN, water pressure in the bathroom was good, beds were very comfortable, most of the staff were kind and helpful. My friends and I stayed here because we were going to a concert in Bridgeport and after doing some research this hotel seemed to be in a much safer area then most of the hotels we were initially looking at. I would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately, I had a billing issue. IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE- MAKE SURE YOU CALL AND TELL THEM. I live in New Jersey, so this location was about 4 hours from home. Since we were going up after work, we didn’t get to check in until about 1:30 in the morning. I guess they have what’s called a “no show” charge? So my card was charged an extra $391.55 that put me in a financial bind. I went to the front desk and they did their best to try to help me out. Very lovely experience besides this—I’m only putting this in here because if I would have known that showing up after midnight (and not calling) would cause such a hassle, I would have taken the proper steps to ensure that I wouldn’t get charged.

Breakfast was good/decent. My recommendation, get a toaster it took me 4 rounds to get my English muffins toasted. No bacon only sausage? I did come late so maybe I missed it, but if not…C’mon…BACON!! Lol otherwise place was really nice, clean, LONGHORN STEAKHOUSE LITERALLY ON THE PREMISES (Chilis too, and sadly enough, was just as good as the Horn) OH, and the pool room… GET SOME VENTILATION IN THERE!!! My gf has asthma and could barely breathe!!! Still tho, overall it was really nice I enjoyed my stay(only two nights but will definitely stay there again!!

Everything was great until we tried to leave. I have an accessible van but was unable to get my son into it since someone parked in the lines. The car didn’t have a handicap placard or plate. I went to the front desk and was told they don’t take license plates and there was no way to figure out what guest it was. They also said it is a problem and has had it happen multiple times. No tow trucks were called. No police informed. I tried to speak to a manager but one wasn’t on duty yet. Left my number and over 12 hours later still have not been responded to.

best place I ever been, I recommend to anyone who is looking for a place of peace of mind. This is the place you want to be. The staff are very nice, respectful and kind and this place is very clean. The breakfast is awesome. Believe me you would love to come to this place

Hotel was top notch. Rooms were BEAUTIFUL! Staff friendly and helpful, I needed additional towels, I had them in less than ten min! Parking a bit scarce but don’t let that effect your decision to stay here, I’ll definitely be back again

The fact that I wasted my time, and money, staying at a Days Inn/Wyndham hotel in Berlin instead of here. There’s nothing to dislike about this place!

The amount of space me and my family had and the kitchenette was perfect! The pool was great for the kids and me and my fiancee could relax in the hot tub together! The hotel is located to everything you need restaurants, banks, grocery stores and even a few clothing stops. Easy access to and from the highway.

There weren't many views, it's was more so looking at the hotel itself or all the restaurants or the bank that surrounds you. Breakfast choices weren't always great during our week stay, the last few days they didn't even have different cereal to choose from it was frosted flakes that where poured into a cup and wrapped in clingwrap.

Breakfast was great especially yogurt with toppings and fruit. The hotel was quiet and away from main road. Or room was very comfortable. It was nice to drink coffee in a coffee cup!

I would like to have seen gluten free bread or muffin, since I am gluten sensitive.

Our last stay in February everything was great and the primary reason we booked this stay. On this visit, the room needed a thorough cleaning, especially in the area of dusting. Because of this, we took guests out rather than inviting them to the room. This stay was work related along with visiting family members.

I liked that the hotel is close by shopping centers and restaurants. I love the fact that the staff is helpful and understanding.

I did not like that the dishes were not clean. No amount of dishwasher cleaning was going to have me use them. The hotel staff was understanding and gave me a few plastic utensils.

The room was fine. there was no view-actually the windows were clouded so we could not see outside. This was the first time I have ever experienced this.

The man who checked me in was snippy. I had just traveled in my car for 8 hours( usually a 4 hour drive to see my 93 year old mother) due to traffic and he was unwelcoming.
