I loved the staff, they were super nice. Also, the bed is comfortable. It is a good place to stay. The hot shower definitely helped me with relaxing after driving for hours.

I just wish the room was maybe a little more vacuumed. My allergy was strong due to the weather, but the room seemed to also have pollen in it which made it a little worse.

The location was great! There are places to eat within walking distance. It's across the street from Bradley airport so convenient for flyers. Very quiet hotel considering the airport proximity. Fresh towels and toilet tissue delivered daily and staff were very nice.

Nothing bad to say. Very well managed.

They have been like family to me during times I haven’t been able to be near my own due to distance . I have seen the motivating Staff and their diligence with the protective authority over any type of outer threats like people who solicit places near travel stay locations . I can actual feel the security that other places haven’t given me being a solo traveling female .

Easy check in, the ac in the room worked great! The pool was very clean my kids had a blast! All the staff I spoke to and even cleaning ladies were nice! Hotel overall was nice and met my expectations!

Was very clean close to anything that I needed lots of good places near by to eat close to Airport.

Located close to the airport, easy travel access Microwave and fridge in room was a nice option. Coffee in the lobby.

The planes are so loud overhead. Water pressure in the sink and shower were both pretty light.

Just a short trip down the road from Bradley airport. Staff was ready for my late night arrival.

Room was a little cold. Asked for extra blankets and did not get them.

It is close to places to eat and the airport. The gentleman at the counter provided great service when I checked in.

I don't have anything negative to say.

Unable to get my 50$ ,deposit back although the proprietor claimed to have sent it back to my bank! Now I have to dispute the whole charge.

Great staff even at reception desk was very helpful with any questions. Rooms were cleaned daily and service was great
