I received a complimentary upgrade which was great since I was alone and traveling for work. The price was very good based on the room I stayed in. I also liked that the room was cleaned and towels were replaced daily and not every few days as at other hotels.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable. I am not sure if it was the mattress or the tiny square pillows. I did have a sore neck and back after the stay. There was a lot of construction going on that seemed to start really early and go on really late.

The online messaging was great, I had a last minute adjustment to the time I needed to arrive and the staff member who messaged me had all the answers I needed for how to do early check in.

There were ants all over the AC unit. The room's temperature was good enough that I didn't need to fiddle with that much and the ants stayed in that area. I would have enjoyed more variety with the breakfast but it was free so I'm not complaining much there.

It was clean. We had an issue with the ac being loud and they didn’t hesitate giving us a different room. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and professional. The breakfast wasn’t bad just wish they had more variety. Overall I’d stay again. Room was very clean and area felt Safe. I was traveling from TN for work so the safety was important to me.

Comfortable room and excellent breakfast, All three staff that we dealt with were excellent and our request for a forth bath towel was quickly taken care. Even my sister who is allergic to gluten and dairy products was able to find breakfast ityems she could eat.

Availablility of a small quantity of non dairy milk would have made the breakfast perfect.

I booked the room through booking.com. First time booking online. When I selected a one night stay, for some reason the date was prefilled...for next month. What kind of site prefills a date field with a date other than today's date? Needless to say I didn't catch the error. When I got to the hotel, Kiara realized what I did. She gave me the number to booking.com that did nothing to fix my mistake. When I went back to the front desk, Kiara was already working on getting my "no date changes" reservation fixed. Ten minutes later, I had my room with no cancelation fees for the reservation a month later plus she didn't charge me a deposit. I reckon she could tell I had a long day and just wanted my room. Please let Kiara (and her boss) know how much I appreciated her couteous and fast customer service. More people in customer service could take some lessons from her.

Breakfast. No ice for the juice and narrow selection of toast or muffins to eat.

Great breakfast (not hot options), with muffins, bagels, waffles, juice, coffee, etc. The front lady was one of the nicest I've met, and even offered delicious home-baked cookies! Thank you so much!

Slightly chilly in the hallway, perhaps. Otherwise, not much else. A few cosmetic issues.

The bed was super confortable. There was big tv, refrigirator, microwave and nice soaps. The room was quite big for us. It was also clean.

They can put some additional foods for the breakfast but it was totally fine because of cheap price.

Michelle at the front desk is an Angel! She always has a smile on her face and is very welcoming. The Staff is attentive and prompt, willing to help any way needed. This hotel is top notch!

That we could not stay longer! And that we wanted to stay an extra night but it was sold out!

Staff was very friendly and room was super clean. Loved the linens on the bed, super comfy!! Breakfast was very nice as well.

Only thing I didn't like was having to bring all my stuff in thru the lobby. It didn't appear to have any back doors or a back entrance?

The room was very comfortable and I appreciated the amenities. The staff members were friendly and my check-in and check-out processes took less than 5 minutes.

The lobby doors made a very loud noise and as my room was located near the front of the hotel, the noise was quite loud, especially during the middle of the night.
