Beautiful hotel. Very new, spacious and clean. Staff welcoming. In a great location right off 95 and with gas stations around, and a cute pub/restaurant next door. Breakfast was very covid friendly - staff member brought us whatever we wanted. Very nice area to have breakfast. Room was comfortable with complimentary water. Very quiet.

Great location for our activities. The entire staff is always friendly and accommodating.

This may sound a little picky, but I need to mention the weird lounge chair that seems to be in all the rooms now. Dont know what the style is called but it has two adjacent arms and a long thing seat. It is akward and uncomfortable, especially for my husband who is disabled. The chair seems to be in all the rooms including ours which was an accessable room.

At first, even though I booked a handicapped room, it didn’t have a roll in shower which I needed because I am in a wheelchair. After going to the original room and seeing it had a regular tub my husband returned to the check in desk, explained the problem and the readily switched me into a more appropriate room. The breakfast was great, much BETTER than I expected. Next time I have to go to the infusion center, this is where I will stay.

At first my assigned room was not appropriate, but it was quicker changed.

I travel to visit my daughter in UD; this is just 12 mins, very convenient. The Hotel is really nice, well decorated and maintained. The room was clean, spacious, and nice. Breakfast was good, considering it was included in the price, but it was fresh, with options, and the dining room was fantastic. I am Very Happy, and it will be my 1rst option when coming back to Newark DE.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, convenient on-off the highway, a couple of decent non-chain restaurants in walking distance, quiet- no traffic noise and no noisy neighbors.

Fancier and more expensive than I needed for a one night stay on a long trip home, but nearby lower-priced hotels were sold out. That’s not Holiday Inn’s fault, I just don’t like paying $150 for a motel room.

The room met our expectations perfectly. The bed was comfortable, providing a restful sleep. As for the breakfast, it was standard and met the typical offerings one would anticipate.

There was nothing particularly noteworthy about the experience; it was just a standard Holiday Inn experience, meeting the typical expectations one would have for this type of accommodation.

Breakfast was pretty good. Location was great. Staff very quickly responded to a clogged shower drain. Staff were very kind in providing extra towels. The room was thankfully dark enough and quiet enough to get good sleep. I LOVED that you had the pillows labeled soft and firm. I won't need to bring my own pillow next time. Staff found me a safety pin which was very kind of them.

I waited a bit to check in even though two staff were at their stations. While I was waiting, a man walked up and staff asked if they could help HIM, but still not me. That was the only odd thing that happened. He didn't need help and then staff checked me in.

As soon as you walk in, you can tell and see the hotel is super clean and well-maintained. We travel A LOT and this hotel was great. The common areas were very comfortable and the individual room was very clean and the furnishings were updated and nice.

Honestly, there was nothing that stood out that we didn't like.

I liked the room and the location on the property. It was a handicapped room and I did not care much for the shower facilities however, for someone handicapped it would have been great. It was very peaceful and very comfortable.

The shower was for handicapped people & I did not like the floor being totally wet after using it. For a handicapped person it would have been great however. That was my only issue. The breakfast was not that great either. Due to Covid19 I understand.

Nice safe neighborhood location. Hotel was as expected - safe, clean, full attentive staff. Breakfast was good and convenient. Liked having well-equipped fitness room. Moved my daughter here after horrible stop at another hotel. Relieved when she checked in here.
