I felt welcomed by staff every time I walked into the lobby. Like they were happy I was there. I had to stay two more nights and the General Manager let me stay in the same room! Housekeeping was accommodating and cordial. The cleansing spray that was used had lavender in it and it was very calming and soothing. April and Donna are Awesome in housing they took great care of my family. Erickka is the only name I remember at the front desk who was very considerate of the needs of my Autistic son when I explained what I needed in a room with him. All the front desk staff was amazing and professional even the one who I perceived didn’t care for me much. I felt safe and comfortable in this hotel.

They did not have breakfast available the 3 days I stayed, but offered complimentary coffee that was good and available. The location was perfect for the purpose of my stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There was a bit of a pet odor in our room, but it was not bad enough for us to request a different room. I'm allergic to cats and found myself stuffy at night. The rooms are not very soundproof. There was a lacrosse team of teenage boys staying near us and I had concerns about how loud it was in the hallway, but everything was quiet by 10:30pm and we had a great stay.

I liked that we were able to get a first floor room near back exit. My husband has mobility issues and that much shortened trip to the car prevented his hip from acting up. I liked housekeeping's appreciation that we had cats that would escape if they came in to clean. Very understanding and left us a bag of clean towels every couple of days.

The ice machines were all down for a couple of days. The guest laundry was closed until further notice during the end of our first week. Our key cards were constantly expiring and we would have to go all the way to the lobby to get them activated.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They made it a wonderful experience for me and my boyfriend. It was a perfect way to spend our weekend together!!!

The only thing I did not like about the hotel was that they were advertising free breakfast, but when my boyfriend and I tried to get some, the lady told us we had to pay for it. It was unfortunate and misleading.

The location was perfect and close to the mall and lots of fun places to eat. I loved having a little outdoor balcony and the ability to open a sliding glass door and having a screen to have fresh air. Beds were very comfy.

The pillows. After lying down for 2 minutes they are as flat as a pancake.

The property was very clean and comfortable inside the room I stayed in. Bed was very comfortable and soft, very spacious room and smelled good too. My stay made me want to return in the future and at the time, extend my stay. Will return here in the near future.

Not really anything I didn’t like but If I had to come up with something maybe no vending machines but that does seem out of date to still have around.

The front desk staff (African-American young lady with braids) was not friendly when we checked in around 4:30pm. She was talking to us while looking at the computer, I handed my credit card to her, and she abruptly placed it on the counter (didn’t hand it back to me). She stated that our room was around the corner… once again not looking at us, and she gave no clear direction of where our room was located.

Dining area hours were not convenient. every time I went they were closed or no one was available when I was open but beautiful part about the location is that there’s restaurants all around so that made up for it.

Friendliest staff, comfy beds, and great location. I have told friends and family and hope they too would make this their hotel.

The only thing is that Quality Inn is a disgusting hotel and should be demolished in all states. They should not be anywhere near Sonesta or any other hotels.

The rooms are a great layout. I love the sofa in the room. And you can play your Netflix if you have an account. Bathroom are large.

If you look more closely to the room, there were some dirty corners. And there was no clear instructions on the heating and cooling unit. A wall unit was there but didn't work. You have to use the floor unit.
