we could first see the room and then decide if we would like stay (what we asked to do because the comments in the net whre partly very negative). The room was clean and ok, so we would stay there again if we visit Florida once more.

Owner was SUPER nice. It's an older motel, it could use some new paint and finishing touches.. I only needed to stay overnight so it was fine for me! Slept good and was safe, no noisey neighbors.

Hot water didnt last long. Small bathroom.

The room was large and in the corner so very quiet . I arranged for another room for my brother and his wife and all was handled very smoothly. The service was wonderful.

Room could use some upgrades burn hole in curtain , sink only had hot water no plug in bathtub and whole in tile where soap dish used to be, and not enough accessible plugs for phone etc. Would have liked to have a soda and snack machine on property.

I booked the room through Booking.com was given the price of $18.77 but was told that was the wrong price, paid $56. Why did Booking.com do that? There was no light in the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable

They did not have the room we reserved. The pool had things floating all over in it.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and accommodating with me for a late check out time without charge. Room was in a quiet corner. location was on main road so easy to find event venue we were going to.

The housekeeper on the day of check out knocked and woke me up before 9 am to tell me check out was at 11:00. When I told her I had prearranged late check out she argued with me and insinuated I was lying saying" I will ask the desk because we don't do that." She was very rude. After a few minutes the lady from the front desk came to the room and verified that all was as we agreed on check in again.... she was very nice. The bathroom had a used roll of toilet paper in it, only 2 towels ,( but the desk did give me 2 more) a hole in tile wall where the soap dish used to be and the stopper for tub did not work. They should replace the bedcovers as they both had burns in them. Only 2 lamps worked and the bathroom only had half the bulbs. no plug by beds for cell phone charger.
