Breakfast was good - lots of hot options Rooms and bathrooms were spacious, clean and comfortable!

Room attendants - knocked on the door to ask if we needed more towels. Advised we actually needed new sheets so asked if she could change them on one bed and make it - she advised “she didn’t have time for that” and handed us sheets and towels. Had to make our own bed with the new sheets When we came back that evening they hadn’t even come and removed the dirty towels on the floor

Pretty new property the keep up was not well the first room we were given the lock on the door didn’t work. The toilet tissue holder in the second room was detached from the wall just little things that could make this a great hotel.

I came down to get extra towels the front desk clerk had gone on a 15 minute break I waited for over 30 minutes and the clerk returned to an unmanned front desk after probably 30-45 minutes. That bothers me that the desk is unmanned.

This location is the only hotel within many miles of Bowling Green/Wauchula that I feel comfortable staying in. There is a high end golf resort ($$$$) in the vicinity but I am not a golfer. So location is good; cost is a little high for the area but facilities were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping made sure we had all we needed for our stay.

I am sorry to say that the in-room coffee, in my opinion, is awful. I have stayed at the hotel in the past so came prepared with my own brand made into little packets I knew would fit in their coffee maker. Morning coffee is important to me.

The breakfast is good, usually some form of eggs with sausage, waffles, sometimes pancakes, cereal, yogurt, bread choices, juices and good selection condiments. Love the king room with sitting area. Very clean, new walk in showers. Big TV, very comfy bed.

Ice machine and washing machine both not working during my three days. Otherwise, no complaints.

The biscuits and gravy were fantastic. Lots of breakfast choices hot and cold.

I stayed two nights and was expecting biscuits and gravy the second morning but they were out of biscuit mix. I kept calling the front desk by pushing the front desk button and always got a busy signal I then walked to the front desk and was told I had to dial operator.

it was clean and our room was overall spacious. Staff were very friendly. Their breakfast was absolutely Phenomenal!!

The pillows were a bit silly. They were 4 small throw pillows in pillow cases. We also opened the door to leave our room and it pulled apart. They never did come fix it so I hope it is fixed before the next guest. The hot tub was broken. Equipment in the gym was broken and laying in pieces on the floor.

the breakfast was excellent and Hellen was always smiling and very pleasant.

the maids did not clean the room very well and did not replenish the soap and towels.

Location was great for what I needed.

The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows were more like throw pillow size instead of actual bed pillows. There was no microwave in the room.

Pool was closed and seems to always be closed whenever my family visits throughout the year.

platforms to set thigs down on, desks, TV area, fold out suitcase stand, closet, etc. Missed the coffee, I get up at 5 spouse at 8, I sit in bathroom after I shower and knit should could have used a cup of coffee. didn't want to open door and wake him.

NO coffee in room. NO freezer in room.
