The bellman Fitzroy was exceptional. He provided excellent customer service. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.

The older lady who attended to the breakfast was more concerned with collecting the money than making sure there was food. We had to wait over 25 minutes for the hot food and when asked to provide cold cereal she said there is only one lady working you need to wait. There was never any pool towels.

the price, the location…everything. the breakfast was good and the food at the restaurant in the evening was delicious too. this was our second stay and we actually got the same room as last year, which was pretty cool.

there was some remodeling going on, but it didn’t bother us too much at all.

The property was lovely. We really enjoyed our stay there. We used the pool. We enjoyed the little patio area to relax and read and enjoy our morning coffee in. The bike/walking path nearby was nice to have.

Room was nice and clean. Loved the open space. The amenities provided in the room were perfect.

The smell when walking through the pool. Find the room was a little hard as the signs did not point where to go.

We really enjoyed the size of our room. Having a separate living room area was a bonus. My daughter loved the bathroom mirror with lights around it. We used the mini fridge and microwave, so we were thankful they were included with our room. The pool was nice. The hotel was a good value and we loved the area and would visit again. There was a walking/biking trail right behind the hotel. I got to walk one morning and enjoyed the trail.

There was only one working washing machine for the hotel. I was able to get a couple loads washed in the evening. There was some kind of loud noise outside our room one day for hours which did get annoying.

Was very comfy, and staff was super helpful and friendly.

Currently they seem to be doing a renovation and the place can get pretty noisey with the jack hammering. Need very good noise canceling headphones

Does not have contential breakfast which is not good and there breakfast they did have was not really good had to pay 15 dollars for breakfast not ok any other Holiday in has continatal breakfast so this one should to

I respect not having smoking in your room however having to go all the way across the premise to smoke a cigarette is a little annoying need more smoking areas

Did not have a chance to take a breakfast - had redeye flight . Room size was perfect, available kitchen with frig and m/w helps a lot, plus you have a privacy in a bedroom. According to my wife pool was great as well

I like the cleaness of the hotel, the front lobby staff super friendly and I will continue to come my family and I the best place to stay.
