Very well located, the pool area is great, the little beach in front of the hotel is cuuute! the kitchen space in the room was ok too and the staff is super friendly. The view from our room was nice too!!!

The room had a very strong smell, like old or that the carpet and curtains had never been washed before… our towels had hair on it, but we did not report it to the front desk and slept with the windows opened and used our own stuff.

This is our 3rd stay in here, we really love the location and private beach, and the price is not high like any other place around.

All rooms need manutence, the carpet it's start to smell bad because the humidity and cabinets are falling apart with rust, so it just needs a little more attention.

The rooms were spacious. It's an older hotel but they have new appliances.

Location, our room, pool, private beach, shower water presher was really good, very comfortable beds and pillows. We had a good view.

The bathroom door had water damage at the bottom and flaking off. The water from kitchenette looked odd. The ice machine down stairs by lobby was dirty and/or maybe out of order.

this is our third stay at Gulfview We love it for the value and convivence of being able to walk everywhere. There are restaurants for everyday of week, breakfast too. Across the street is a Speedway gas another half step away a food Mart almost every hotel has a restaurant located inside. this is a small hotel, but it packs a punch. Outdoor pool with a hot spa. A private beach. The deck area has tables with shade plus lounge chairs, there is a jet ski rental. The staff is friendly and engaging. ROOMS AND LOUNGE ARE VERY CLEAN

We loved the private beach, views and the pool deck! Also how close other places were. A great restaurant next door and beach bar. Mini golf, gelato, shopping and grocery store literally across the street. We plan to stay again!

The rooms have a smell, not sure what maybe mildew? But you get used to its not a deal breaker … also a lot of people smoke pot on the premises it seems.. it doesn’t bother me but I know it does others so good to know before you book :)

The staff was amazing all of them from the front desk to the maintenance guys. The location was perfect! We flew to Florida from Kentucky and I'm so glad I didn't get a rental! EVERYTHING you need is within 5 min walk! There was a market with everything across the street also across the street a putt putt course and speedway. There is jet ski, and parasailing next door. Gulfview has a beautiful private beach as well! We will definitely be back next summer. Ps. Tiki bar next door with nightly live music! It was really a gem in paradise!

This hotel was right on the beach! The staff was excellent! The room was great! it was recently redone...carpet new, bedding new, draperies new, balcony clean and facing beach! The room and bathroom were spic n span!!! clean!!!!
