They offer free Wi-Fi, and the breakfast options changed daily, which was a pleasant surprise. The layout was well-organized and inviting. We also appreciated that they were celebrating Hanukkah during our stay, which added a thoughtful and welcoming touch. The staff was very friendly and made both check-in and check-out smooth and efficient.

We really didn’t have any complaints about the hotel itself. However, depending on your reason for staying, it’s worth noting that the hotel is located on a busy road. Reaching it required a U-turn from our direction, which, combined with ongoing road construction, caused some confusion about where we could safely turn. While this isn’t the hotel’s fault, it’s something future guests might find helpful to know in advance.

Location, location, location!!! It's only 30 minutes away by car to the Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, or Treasure Island. There's also a Costco Warehouse and Gas Station that's less than 20 minutes away. Plenty of outdoor parking spaces and the lobby is very welcoming with fresh coffee, hot water, and a wide variety of tea. I really enjoyed the breakfast experience. The food is very delicious, especially the waffle batter. I don't know how they prepare it, but the waffles always came out perfect when I used the waffle maker. The dining areas are always kept clean and I noticed that the staff constantly goes around wiping down tables.

The swimming pool is nice, but it's not the cleanest. We have found several critters swimming in the pool along with some clumps of hair balled up lying at the bottom of the pool.

Lyann and Bernard were extremely helpful and informative at the front desk. Lyann mentioned some had complained the tvs were acting up, so if i had an issue, she already had a preprinted sheet with the channels on it. I thought she was going to tell me to call. Nice job and I never had an issue. Breakfast was good and times weren't too early!! Everyone was so polite!!

I dont smoke so know Im a little more sensitive to noticing the smell and could smell someone had been smoking in the room previously. It wasn't too bad but noticeable. View wasnt the best but I wasn't staying in the room for the view anyway....just to wash and sleep so it was all good. Haha.

Room was nice, clean. Love the large mirror in room. Bathroom is a nice size. Friendly staff. Clean towels every day, although one day we didn’t get hand towels or wash clothes.

The first morning we did not like the breakfast, at all. Pressed eggs and some type of sausage that didn’t look cooked and was not good. the coffee and blueberry muffins were good. We went out to breakfast the rest of our stay.

"damp." I couldn't expect too much from any facility following the aftermath of the of a hurricane. It was a good stay despite that. I would still recommend it for future trips. I may try again at this facility in the future, but there are other nearby options which I prefer within this city.

The property was conveniently located in between Tampa and the beaches near St Petersburg. It was well maintained, clean, all the staff were friendly, the breakfasts were great, and a quiet environment internally. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We would definitely stay here again when back in the Tampa area.

The staff member that checked us in was not very professional to the customer just prior to me. We did receive 2 wake-up calls that we didn’t request and the window shade in the room didn’t work. We didn’t report any of this to the front desk, none of these items were of great consequence to us and our stay.

Great location to the St Pete airport!

We had called earlier in the day and was told our room was ready and we could check in early. Upon arrival the man at the desk was very nice but said we’d have to wait that it was not ready. After a conversation with the manager (also very nice) we got our room. Unfortunately our bed was horrible! Every time you moved in the slightest bit it made a noise. As if the frame was broke. Horrible night sleep due to that.

Beautiful hotel, quiet, clean, the guy who set the breakfast really make an effort to meke averything good. The first day they made a mistake about our room and we have to wait like and hour, not nice, because we get to the hotel after ther check in time.

A front desk with glasses and no hair, VERY RUDE

The staff was nice, check-in and check-out was easy. The hotel was clean, very nice calm and quiet atmosphere. No WiFi issues noted; connection always on point. The hotel was in a great location; a restaurant was next door, Dunkin Donut was a quick walk and Cracker Barrell was just across the street. Plus you can see planes coming and going daily from the hotel parking lot. There were alot of eateries and stores up and down Ulmerton Road. Set your Google Maps and ride and see what's available.

I didn't like that because I booked through a Third party that I had to still provide a credit card to cover any damages to the room. It was an $80.00 charge ($20.00 charge per day) but it was put back on my card. Also, the day of check-out; housekeeping visited my room about 3 times prior to the 11:00am check-out time. I understand they probably was short staff; I tend to check-out prior to my check-out time but it's kind of annoying when you're trying to make sure you aren't leaving anything behind and housekeeping keeps stopping by.

I liked that it was completely modern; either built recently, or remodeled completely. The kids loved the pool, and we loved the layout of the king suite! Never have I seen more done with only 330 sq/ft; absolutely remarkable! This Hampton is the best I’ve been to, and I’ve been to a bunch! I will be back, every time I’m required to stay in Pinellas county. I cannot think of a single thing that I wasn’t thoroughly impressed with! A five star experience, for two star prices. The young man working the desk at 1:05am deserves a special “attaboy” for being so upbeat, pleasant, engaging and friendly, at 1:05am, when I arrived.
