This hotel is nice, pleasant, clean, and comfortable. Our room was spacious. More spacious than most hotel rooms. Parking was easy and spots were always available no matter what time you arrived at the hotel. The front desk was nice enough to allow an early check in, which was perfect as my husband and I had been traveling very early and needed some rest before getting on with our day. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning again.

The only dislike was the early ending of breakfast. Most hotels end breakfast about 10, 1030. This hotel ended breakfast at 9. That was a bit too early for my husband and I, so we ate outside of the hotel.

all areas of the hotel were very clean..staff was very polite and friendly...they accomodate to your needs if needed..coffee was always available in the lobby during the course of the day.

breakfast was ok...the omlet station was okay....lacking on more condiments to choose from...the omlet needs to be an omlet and not a fried egg...the rooms need to have coco available just as they have coffee and tea available.

Nice place. Room was clean and staff were pleasant.

My only issue was the location of the entrance. Having to make a U-turn across 3 lanes of traffic was challenging , especially since you have to immediately be in far right lane to turn into parking lot. Also, pool area was small, especially since my kids are in wheelchairs.

Friendly and courteous staff. The cookies are a great touch.

The elevator was offline. Instead of offering to help move gear and equipment upstairs as a courtesy for the elevator being offline, it was offered at an additional charge. No courtesy was offered outside of an initial apology.

Comfortable bed Clean room

They took a $150 deposit and I do not have it back yet. I find it crazy to say the least. Asked for towels and they acted like it was a big event. I can live w they dont want to make up the bed or do anything for me, but I shouldn't have to go thru hoops for clean towels. I asked the maid and she said I had to call the front desk. Really?? I wasn't asking for her to do anything God forbid. Self service hotel....

Bed was comfortable. It was quiet.

The $300 damage deposit- WHAT - they already have a credit card should there be a problem. Stayed once before and they were remodeling - it was horrible. Complained - nothing. Decided to give them another chance - next time, I'll just go elsewhere. Furniture needed attention, etc. Wasn't dirty, but not 100% either.

Mostly I checked in and stayed in my room but the staff that I did have interactions with were very friendly and helpful. My room was very clean and I was very comfortable.

Housekeeper had an attitude very rude , called the front desk for washcloths & Towels housekeeper never brought them had to go to reception desk & ask personally

the man who ran the desk at night time was super friendly and helpful. we were there for baseball with a bunch of kids and he made them fresh cookies and was very patient with them even though they were excited and acting a little crazier than usual.

the pool was on the smaller side with not a lot of deck seating and no hot tub

Breakfast was great. They had different hot options every day to include omelets

Location was a pain, had to go around the block or make a U turn to get to the hotel.
