great location to cruise port. staff was great. They were all happy and knowledgeable about the area, etc. The room and public areas were all clean and welcoming. bed was very comfortable.

there was no water in the lobby and we had to pay 2.50 for a small bottle to have water in the room. most hotels have at least a buffet container of water with glasses in the lobby. this was first hotel in a long time to not give you free bottles in your room. we came there from the airport on the shuttle with no way to stop and get any supplies, and we got fleeced for water on a $300 room. very bad policy Courtyard Marriott execs.

clean and beds were comfy. the pool was clean and perfect hours to get in after a long day.

the check in staff can be friendlier. not all the staff was bad but the one that checked me in at night was a little rude. after a long day it is unnecessary.

We arrived early from a cruise. And forumately they had a room we could have immediately! The room was comfortable and the bed very comfortable. There was a leak in the bathroom which was seen to. All the staff was great. The food in the bistro, though limited in choices, was tasty and done well

We had a 6am shuttle to airport. The driver was efficient BUT literally dumped us at arrivals ( "I never go upstairs to departures..too busy"). W my wife is disabled and we were left there at the curb with 5 bags and no place sit. After a long struggle We slowly moved upstairs, with a rental cart, on the elevator. Finally when we reached Jet Blue, they took over . Had we been dropped off in the proper place, it would have worked. ZERO POINTS OR STARS FOR THIS DRIVER. Uncaring

I hadn't expected a $5 per night parking charge which was annoying. The door to our balcony was extremely stiff and difficult to open and close. The water went off for a few hours on our first day there due to a "plumbing issue" and then on our last morning the toilet refused to flush - probably for the same reason ! Otherwise the stay was most enjoyable,

Breakfast was included and was fine! Counter folks were friendly & helpful!

I cant pay the hotel with the credit card of a friend who wants to invite me, thats so bad, i am not coming back

The property is convenient, clean and comfortable. The customer service was terrible. The driver of the shuttle provided quality customer service but the night front desk agent was giving us a hard time. She said she couldn’t see my reservation and made me wait. In the morning I spoke with a different person she was trying to tell me that there were a whole bunch of reservations that came across later like 4am. Whatever was really going on the front desk clerk could have been more accommodating and friendlier.

we never could get the Wifi or “free” TV channels to work. When I talked to the staff, they put me on hold for several minutes and then put me in contact with the cable or dish network reps. They should have handled it not having me talk to a remote rep. We finally just gave up.
