Perfect location near the airport, with a few restaurants in the area.

We were assigned a room for people with disabilities, the shower didnt work properly because it kept dripping all night, by morning there was a small pool. Our room also had a door with broken locks. Compared with other hotels in thr area it was expensive for just one night stay.

Breakfast: Oats, omlette, fruits, was fresh, tea options had good varieties. Rooms were clean, quite, good room service. Good location and close to airport.

Breakfast needs improvement as there were foods that are repeated daily with no variety. Bread/bagel was dry, no cereal options available, coffee wasn't that great. Rooms were standard and the kitchen were too tight in space. Walk way carpet were too soiled. Elevator smells nicotine most of the times.

Free Shuttle from/to the airport. Check in process was easy and fast.

Maybe a little better breakfast

We had a quick overnight stay here just as a place to sleep before leaving on a cruise. Everyone was friendly, rooms were big and clean, and the breakfast was great! They offer airport transportation for free and transportation to the port at an added cost.

It did seem slightly outdated but did the job for us. We did take advantage of the free transportation from the airport to the hotel- luckily it was a close drive because the driving was slightly terrifying.

Good hotel as long as you have a car.

Location. The location of the room was convenient to the door leading to parking.

The beds were WAY too soft! My back was killing me! EVERYTHING was outdated..decor, paint, even the appliances. Plus, if you're going to give shampoo, conditioner and lotion, give enough of each item for the number of people staying! Especially towels, washcloths and floor towels. Not just once, but enough for the duration of days staying! However, NO body wash? Who needs lotion WITHOUT body wash???:( WE ALL NEED BODY WASH!

I was so grateful for the staff who allowed us to check in early. My child was not feeling well and we were stuck prior to being able to check in. They got the room ready quickly and we were able to check in early. Thank you!

I liked the suite which separated the bedroom from the sitting area. I liked the breakfast variety.

The 1st tv had a problem with the channels not being available. Maintenance came but it wasnt resolved. I feel they didn't see it as a big issue.

The location was great. Complimentary airport shuttle was appreciated. Facility was clean. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet.

The carpets in the hallway need to be shampooed. Limited choice at breakfast, there wasn't any breakfast meat.
