Hotel and oceanfront room were both beautiful but there were some issues after checking in. First of all, our room was not ready at 4 which is check in time. Didn’t have to wait long so no big deal. When we did get to the room the tile floor was soaking wet. We were not given any notification about the wet floor and my husband had just had knee surgery and almost fell. Also, the elevator close to our room did not work and we were on the 3rd floor. We were not informed that they had valet parking so we parked in the garage parking. As we entered the room we heard beeping from inside and it was the smoke alarm…battery needed replaced. Housekeeping had just been there. And lastly the phone didn’t work so I had to use my cell phone to call front desk. I think the hotel has recently been renovated and there were still workers there. But all in all, all issues were taken care of quickly and the visit ended up very nice.

My room was a king size bed with lots of room. It over looked the pool and ocean. It was within walking distance of the board walk and a lot of stores. Staff was very friendly. My plane took off much later then check out. Staff gave me options on how to keep my room for more hours which was good for me.

There was construction going on next and in front of the hotel which took some of the bus stops away. I tried walking down the street to catch another one, but by the time I got there I was too hot and stepped back in the shade and missed it. Staff was not able to give info on the bus that ran. Only problem I had with the room was I kept hearing water turn on and off all night in someone else’s room or area. It kept me awake at times, I didn’t figure out until the last night to shut the bathroom door and it blocked a lot of that.

Right on the beach with a nice pool area. Nice rooms that were big and comfortable!

Location, location, location. It was the best. The area of the beach was beautiful. The pool area was fantastic. It was only a short walk to the Boardwalk. I felt safe even when walking at night too and from the boardwalk and restaurants in the area.

Constant smell of pot being smoked, but that can't be helped during Spring Break and it's not the hotel's fault. My husband was in a wheel chair and there was not easy access from the pool to the beach.

The room and view was beautiful. It was storming so we didnt get to enjoy the pool but the view was still beautiful. Could see the pier from the balcony! Also pool aera was nice. Hott hot tub! Loved it. Room was clean and big.

Lady that checked me in on Thursday night November 16th was so wierd. I came to the door & it was locked. Okay I get it. Then I walked in and I said "hello I have a Reservation" & the lady turned away laughing and just walked in the door to go behind the counter. Like how rude? Was just not friendly at all. Had no good customer service skills in any manner. Was not smiling was not inviting just horrible presentation all around. On the other hand when we checked out in the morning the woman that checked us out was very pleasant kind welcoming and had a smile on her face. Might want to teach the lady from Thursday night some proper customer service ellagance.

I liked being right on the beach with a awesome pool and hot tub area. My kids were able to be free to do what they liked with in reason. We weren't being bothered by any of the staff or guest. Having a laundry area right on sight was very convient. Nice air conditioning.

I did not like the drainage in the bathtub. It was fairly slow. I did not like how small the bathroom was but was not a downfall to our trip. And I would have liked at least a little table by the chairs to eat at. But we managed. Over all we had a great experience.

The location was great. Right on the beach and just a short walk to attractions and restaurants. The rooms were clean and front desk people didn't hesitate to give us extra towels and what not.

The breakfast was not great just prepackaged muffins so if you're expecting eggs and bacon not happening. Also they're working on a few rooms there so throwing out old things in dumpsters I'm assuming glass didn't make it in and I cut my foot open in the parking lot so wear shoes. Parking also sucks so walk if you can so you're not fighting for a parking spot. Other than those things we would definitely come back for sure!

The location is great. Theyve pretty much gutted the hotel and made it as modern as possible. The lobby is really pretty. Theres even enough pkugs in the room where you can charge all your stuff. I always bring a power strip because i typically have a ton of stuff to charge, and i like it by the bed.

Cigarette smoke when you walk out of your door. The smoke gets blown down to the elevators so if youre waiting to go down theres no real way to avoud it. Pretty much when youre on the walkway leaving or going to your room, expect.to breathe cigarette and cigar smoke. There is a major lack of parking. Probably if the top 2 floors werent there there would be ample parking, so be prepared to park across the street at surf style. There are only 2 handicapped spots. With the walkways being open there is no sound barrier between the street noise and your door. If you dont like motorcycle noise, this aint your place. But to he fair, if you dont like motorcycle noise, daytona isnt your place. The moshroom waterfall still doesnt work.

The location is absolutely perfect. The view is sublime. The entire staff, from the general manager Stacey, the front desk staff, Orlando, Anita, and all the others, (sorry we didn't get everyone's names), the security guard, the pool guy, the cleaning staff, and the maintenance guys, were so very accommodating, kind, and helpful. Simply the best people. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, and comfortable. The new bar had delicious and unique cocktails. Great restaurants within walking distance. The hot tub and pool are great. We had a King oceanfront room with a patio that had comfortable furniture outside the sliding glass door and was tastefully decorated inside. We loved the Keurig, real coffee cups, and K-cups. Complimentary beach towels were also a nice touch. We were visiting from West Virginia for Biketoberfest, and the hotel was packed, so parking was tight, but the staff made everything go smoothly, which is due to both their professionalism and the helpful staff. The Boardwalk Inn and Suites far exceeded our expectations in every way, and we thank you for the wonderful hospitality.

Liked that it was overlooking the ocean/beach.

The parking was crazy. It stunk how you had to park. The parking garage needs fans or something to have some air circulating. The shower was way too small for such a large room. The Elevator needs repaired and needs a/c inside very hot and congested. Designated area for those who smoke. Rooms need to be updated some more. A/C In the rooms needs to be away from being directly at the bed. Blows right in your face.
