The room and view were great!

The lack of indoor amenities and no activities appeared to be offered; realizing their entire outside amenities were destroyed by the hurricane.

The room was spacious and very clean. I loved that it had the feel of a 1 bedroom apt instead of a hotel room. It had a full kitchen that was properly stocked. I also appreciated that the pool had a security guard who made sure you were a guest at the hotel to use the pool. They also supplied pool towels that were large enough to lay on the lounge chair. We had been advised beforehand that there was construction taking place at the property but it did not interfere with our stay.

When we 1st arrived we were checked in and then asked to see a man at a desk who tried to hard sell us to visit their timeshare pitch. We had driven 7 hours and the weather had been stressful on the drive-in. All we wanted to do was get to our room to unwind. It was not until I got forceful that the salesman stopped his pitch to allow us to go to our room.

Nice room..

No balcony or even a window to open to hear the ocean..

Perfect location close to grocery stores and department stores. There's alot of nice restaurants in walking distance. On-site washer and dryers on each floor. The saff was very nice and helpful. Definitely made you feel safe and sound like you were at home. 24 hour security.

The only issue we experienced during our stay was parking, and that was because of paving the parking lot. Was super sad that the entire hotel had 0 balconies. The bottom level had little patios where they could sit out and listen to the ocean. I definitely think that if you have an ocean front view and are paying for it, you should definitely be able to enjoy sitting outside and listening to it.

the property was impacted by the recent hurricane which rendered parts of the facility inaccessible and heightened levels of on going repair with daily loud noises of reconstruction! we had 3rd party booking which stated that the property was in full effect and in fact was not ! The exceptionally friendly and professional staff was so great and was the best part of us having a great stay despite the property set backs which were caused by acts of nature !

The property was beautiful aside from the construction and parking. Great access to the beach.

We booked for three adults and one child. We had two cars and over half the parking lot was closed for repaving and painting- not a problem. The parking employee stated both cars needed a pass- he allowed us to park to check in and bring out the passes. Upon checking in only given one parking pass was give and were told they could not give a second one that they would have to park across the street. The employee said they had a “contract” however signs were posted all over in the Bellair Plaza stating no overnight parking (this kept us worried). Bath tub was a great size however in the middle of the night we were woken up by a loud noise and attempted to figure out how to turn the jets off because the button was broken.

We were quite least surprised at the remodel of the rooms, they were spacious and beautiful, and the location of the resort was nice. You get a Publix and many shopping outlets right across the street, and they were almost finished with the beach entrance from the resort so next time we come down, there will be an entrance directly to beach access along with a second pool and a hot tub. All of the staff was exceptionally friendly. My husband and myself were very impressed, thank you for a wonderful resort exceptionally clean and kind.! we were here for Welcome to Rockville. It was may be a 15 minute car ride over with traffic if you’re interested in that ever!

No balconies

The interior of the unit was great. Clean and nicely decorated without going overboard. The staff was extremely friendly and eager to resolve any issues. The bed was comfortable, and the full kitchen worked out well. The property is on the north side of the beach so it's very quiet and not too much traffic at all. Good place to book if you want the beach without the people or traffic. I would stay again once renovations are complete. It was JEEP weekend.. so I did get a duckie.

The listing failed to include the property was under renovation. We looked at a torn-up pool and bulldozer directly outside of our window for the entire stay. Definitely distracted the view of the beach and sun sets. This information was conveniently left out of the listing. We had several technical issues with the audio/volume on the television. The staff worked to fix it and ultimately ended up swapping out the television. No huge deal but not really convenient at 9 am.
