The friendly staff, and the clean room. The breakfast was good too, and the breakfast area was also nice and clean as well and the person who was taking care of re suppling everything there was an absolute doll. On top of everything. The balcony was one of my favorite spots

It sucked that half the waffle maker in the breakfast area was not working. Also kind of wished the rooms were a little more sound proof. Could hear almost everything going on in the room next to ours. Also wish there was a designated smoking area because often when we stepped out onto the balcony that was all we could smell. Lastly I wish they had a handicap area for getting onto the beach. A ramp or something. My dad has a harder time getting around so he was unable to get on the beach at all during our trip.

We absolutely loved the proximity to the beach. We had an oceanfront room on the ground floor withe the best view of the ocean that you could ask for. The internet connection was great. The hot tub was nice, and the pool. The air conditioning worked very well.

The bathroom tub was so so. The refrigerator kept things nice and cold, but needed a good cleaning. We were only there two nights, but no one came to clean the room. Maybe it wasn’t included, but we had to go get clean towels from the office. When we were leaving, when I picked up my duffle bag, a roach was hiding under it. The cover on the bed was very thin, almost like a heavy tablecloth. There was no blankets, we got cold while sleeping.

We love the view and the location

The elevator was broken for 4 out of 5 days we were there. We were on the 4th floor and we had a disabled person in a wheelchair so we couldn’t really go out and do anything because my dad couldn’t leave the room. They also need to make up their minds about certain things because when I did the check in the employee told me that she would give me a discount and only charge me for one night for the puppy fee but then upon check out they charged me the other nights without letting me know, so why tell me you’re going to give me a discount but then change your mind about it.

Asked for and received a ground floor room so we had a door directly to the pool/recreation area. Pool and sun deck were actually in the sun most of the day. Great beach access and views. Room had a quiet a/c, mini fridge, and microwave which I always feel is a necessity for a longer stay. Always a friendly someone available in the lobby if we needed anything.

Small bathroom, barely working sink and shower, with lousy water pressure. Take out breakfast was little upsetting, "because they couldn't get enough workers to man" what was to be their indoor breakfast area. It still was a nice touch, giving a little snack to wake up to.

The ocean front view, The staff was amazing, the cleanliness of the room, the beds was clean and comfortable, shower was great with good pressure and hot water, towels and wash clothes were clean and front office was very nice when asked for more, AC in room worked great, the pool was very nice, the property grounds was clean and accommodating, umbrellas and tables to set at, kitchenette / refrigerators was clean, the breakfast area was nice and the continental breakfast was very good, the search party was awesome when I went missing LOL, overall not A place for high society people, but for us, it was A great stay !

No fan in bathroom, room was A bit dated, bathtub faucet needed repaired, A bigger coffee maker would have been nice ( personal preference ), some things in room could be replaced due to to A little rust showing lights etc., but all worked and not A big deal for us.

Location is amazing. Balcony view of ocean can’t be beat. Staff was friendly.

We “upgraded” to the lodge which meant a full kitchen and California King. That mattress was undoubtedly the worst mattress I have ever slept on. The regular King mattress I had in my previous stay was so much more comfortable. There is also some construction going on, which meant no hot breakfast (bagged to go, granola bar and muffins) and not sure if it was the construction or that it was fully booked, but on the first night, our toilet didn’t have enough water pressure to flush. That was better in the second night.

Great location great price. I honestly rented it for the hot tub. I am local and needed this staycation.

The room I had had tile flooring, and when I walked in, it was slick I tried wiping it up, but no matter what I tried it was still a little on the slick side and got everything dirty and felt like it was never dry. And then I was getting on everything. I have never seen a bathmat get so black. That was a bit weird maybe use a different cleaning products on your floors, I’m not sure what’s causing that. But it did make me feel uncomfortable on everything including the bedding.

The location is great the staff was friendly

There was a lot of non maintained stuff, the lights where all rusty a lot of exterior was worn down, and the room we had was an adjoined room to a room with a kitchenette and the doors was in the kitchen and when the neighbors talked or burnt dinner it was very apparent in our room. Also had glow in the dark cryptic message on the bathroom wall that would not have known unless was in the bathroom at night with lights off.

The hotel is very conveniently located. There are many cafes and shops nearby. Convenient transport interchange. And for the view from the window you can forgive all the inconveniences. Overall I can give it 7 out of 10.

The photos of the hotel were taken a long time ago and now do not correspond to reality. The renovation was done a long time ago, the furniture and plumbing are old. They promised breakfast, but there was none.

amazing location and balcony view, staff( very pleasant and helpful). comfort . Continental breakfast ok. ( at least is good for Hot coffee and toast) If they give the structure some TLC they must definitely have an awesome vacation spot!!!!!!

we stayed there 3 years ago, Building/rooms/place were rundown, 3 years later is the same or worse. As soon as we checked in, we had to sweep the balcony ( literally full of cigarette butts. Another thing NO LIGHTS on the balconies at all. Our shower liked every time we used it. So, all 3 days we had to towel dry the floor. lol, fun fun.
