The rooms had a kitchen and all needed utensils available upon request. Price was better then the AIrBnB or others. Staff was nice. Pool was ok for the kids with plenty of seating and tables and a grill. On-site laundry was great. Room was clean. Wifi was good enough for kids. Easy checkin. Will stay again as long as prices beat others.

On the second floor immediately out of the elevator you could smell wet or moldy carpet. In the laundry room people would leave machines filled. I would just take out their loads after sitting longer than an hour. House keeping isn’t daily. House keeping is suppose to be once a week but they are short staffed so happens once every 2 weeks. I understood so I just took dirty towels to the front desk to switch out. I did the same for bed sheets.

I liked the property overall. The room was as nice. It was mostly very quiet. We loved being able to have the option to cook meals in the room.

There was a group of men that were hanging out by the pool drinking for hours even though the rules state no alcohol. Also one of the side doors you’re supposed to have to use your room key to enter but anytime I went out that door it was unlocked, no key required for entry.

The pool was very clean, and I originally received a bad room-door didn’t lock or anything but the staff was very very helpful on getting things figured out and switched me rooms quick! The staff was so sweet.

The elevator didn’t work and I’m pregnant.. and we were on the top floor:( but it’s okay things happen I wasn’t mad I didn’t request the bottom floor.

Front desk staff were great. Water pressure was great, flooring throughout the unit was great as well.

I didn't like the smoke alarm going off at 6:30am and someone knocking on wrong door, drainage system, the stove burners(larger one) didn't work too well and some lights didn't turn on.

Very nice staff, the kitchenette was a Plus. Large apartment refrigerator was a surprise. Nice to heat up a quick meal. Staff was awesome when we needed a pot

The room could use a broom and dust pan for sweeping up behind us

The front desk lady Mrs Delaena was soooo refreshing. She was who checked us in the day we arrived. She made sure our room was just right for me and my 4 was kids. Even gave me pots pans silverware and dishes when she saw me bringing I'm groceries. Next mrng as we were getting breakfast that they had set up She asked how did we sleep. I love her!! I'm gonna book a weekend in the summer just because of how much this place has improved since our stay last spring break.

Pool wasn't ready. Only because they were waiting on a ♿ seat that has to be out t h ere. But Crystal Beach is 2 min away by car so I was still satisfied

The bed was very comfortable and allowed for a good nights rest. The rooms were clean and contained all we needed. The staff was very helpful and provided us with the information we needed. The hot water was also the perfect temperature.

There is nothing that i would improve about our stay here. It exceeded expectations.

It was right next to the golf course and a convenient store. There was also a seafood spot as well as an Arby’s right in the same area. Very convenient

I had once roach upon entry but other than that it was an extremely comfortable stay

Staff, location, amenities and affordability. Sheila was awesome, so was everyone else but I enjoyed the overall experience. It felt great to get out and enjoy some wonderful sunshine and quality service!

The front desk ladies, Breana a d Sheila were exceptionally nice. The hotel was very clean. Our room was clean. It was a very nice, quiet stay, and we felt safe. Thank you.

The only thing we were disappointed in was we booked online for a queen size room, but were given a room with two double beds. Apparently, when we book online the hotel does not get a name or number of who will be arriving. They give you a room that is available at the time of checking in. If that's true then they shouldn't offer a queen bed. This is an advertising and corporate problem I think. The two ladies at the front desk were extremely nice, Sheila and Breana. I did speak with customer service at booking.com, and we were supposed to receive a $47 credit; however it has not shown on my credit card.
