Breakfast was decent. Employees were pleasant. Front desk employees were A+

When someone stays five days, you should clean the room every 2 days. It was a beach trip for us and by day 2 we felt like we were living in a dirty apartment.

The location and hotel facility were great! Beds were very comfy, the breakfast had a really good variety of items and good customer service. Will definitely book again.

Perhaps have extra pillows and blankets available in the closet for the sofa bed. We had to request this from front desk but it wasn't a big deal. Service was great.

I loved the location. It was close to everything. The hotel was very clean & comfortable with modern decor. The breakfast was great.

Staff was friendly but we did have to ask several times to have the pack n play for our toddler. We requested it on our reservation so it was disappointing that it wasn’t already available for us when we checked in. I also wish housekeeping came each day. Stayed 3 nights & they came on our very last day late in the afternoon while our baby was napping so we never had the room cleaned. This was a bummer because we had been to the beach so our room needed attention!

Exceptional service, my wife & I were celebrating our wedding anniversary. The staff surprised us and decorated our room with beautiful roses petals, wine, candies made our stay very special. The staff was always professional & friendly. We definitely will return!

Hotel is a good value for money. Not a luxury hotel but everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Staff is very helpful and breakfast is decent. I liked the location of the hotel, which was convenient to many restaurants.

I thought the house keeping could be better and more thorough. On one occasion after the house keeping, which is every fourth day, I still noticed food some remnants on the table, which showed that it wasn't cleaned.

I liked everything about my trip from start to finish the staff that checked me in was very friendly, very courteous. The rooms were very very clean exceptionally well. The view of my room was very great and the beach area was not far away. The breakfast was phenomenal. There was a great variety of foods, fresh and hot daily along with water, juices milk and fresh fruits Anything you can think of for breakfast was there I loved it.

There was not anything that I didn’t like is even pet friendly you can bring your pets, so I don’t have anything about the hotel that I don’t like.

This was one of the best values I have come across in my travels. Truly exceptional and the location was perfect for us.

We loved the location from the beach. We enjoyed the pool and the staff and the cleanliness and the comfortable beds and spacious room, the fact that the housekeepers keep it so nice and are so friendly and helpful. My husband said this was the best hotel we have stayed at so far.

I didnt really care for the bland breakfast. Also never get a room near the ice machine, some people can be loud and inconsiderate at times with the noise level.

The location of the hotel is near stores and many restaurants which made it easy to find places to eat. The interior design of the common areas was very nice and made a good first impression. the room itself was very functional and felt very spacious considering the size and everything they put into the space. There was ample storage space and the desk and adjustable tv were very useful. The mini fridge was exactly what we needed too.

The breakfast was not great. The food itself wasn’t bad but for the price of the stay, I would expect a wider selection of food and more freshly cooked items. one reason we booked this hotel was for the included breakfast but to me it wasn’t worth it. I would have rather eaten out for breakfast.

The housekeeping staff was very friendly and amazing! The rooms were very clean and the breakfast each morning was great! The hotel manager was very friendly and accommodating! It is evident he works hard to make sure his guests have a great stay!

I would have liked for there to have been 2 sets of guest washers/dryers instead of one to limit the chances of having to wait for someone else to finish a load before I could start.
