I stayed from 09/02 to 09/04, housekeeping were great and friendly, pool open late and would help if they keep them open a little more late. Love the garden section and nature environment. the inside kitchen in the room sections is not needed maybe use the space for more bathroom. people that need kitchen would rent the suites instead. I would recommend you.

During our stayed 09/02 to 09/04, the front desk staff a young one, was not friendly at all. We never got a response why the music in the pool was not allow. the mattress in the room were not comfortable. the mirror was very old with black spots,

First room had faulty air con so we were moved to a suite which was very nice and this bit should be in the first box, we were dropped off at the beach on day 2 and they forgot to pick us up resulting in a 45 minute walk back in 96 degree heat with no water, money or usable phone, really annoying and complained to the manager who said the driver had to go home and hadn’t told anyone that we needed picking up, a load of rubbish as I saw the same driver when we got back and same driver dropped us off the next day with no apologies. Manager gave us 4 cans of beer and a bar of chocolate for our troubles

We loved our room's location, the pool, gardens, breakfast and staff. Everyone was professional, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast ladies worked very hard, kept everything clean and well stocked. Loved them! The music was also a nice touch.

This was our second time staying here. We returned here vs staying at an oceanfront hotel for the week because of the beautiful pool/hot tub area. The hot tubs were both closed in the middle of our visit. The jackhammers were disruptive and we only got to use the hot tub for 3 days (out of 7) which was disappointing because that's the main reason we chose this location. The loud mowers and leaf blowers also interfered with our relaxation time by the pool. Our sink wouldn't drain, the toilet didn't always flush and the hot/cold functions on the shower were reversed so it was confusing at first. Wished there were gluten-free pastry options.

The location was perfect. Within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, groceries and other attractions. Uber rides to Macato and 5th ave averaged $15 each way. Great choice if you plan on having real fun. The staff is very friendly. At the front desk Peter and Daisy are masters of customer service and can answer all of your questions. House keeping and ground crew are always smiling. And so were we with all the perfect weather. Continental breakfast had many options and is one of the better ones we’ve had. There are a couple of breakfast places in walking distance and we chose to go of property once. There are two pools. One heated one not. We used the unheated pool all week. Pool area is nice and clean. The property grounds have many unique pieces of art as well. This isn’t your grandmother’s Best Western. We can’t wait to come back!!

Clean room and hotel. Room has a good size, with refrigerator and coffee machine.Beds comfortable Air condition was good and quiet Friendly and helpful staff Breakfast good for american standards, with boiled and scrambled eggs, toast, waffle machines, juices from the machine Garden very nice Big free carpark and safe region. A lot of restaurants, shops and fast food near by. Only 10minutes from Naples downtown by car. Own laundry for guests

No light curtain for the window, only a dark one. So either it was dark or people outside could directly see into the room. Soap not from dispenser. This makes needless waste. No separate trash for PET, glass and cans Breakfast too expensive for variety- no different cheese or bread, no tomatoes and cucumbers, no fruit salad. Only jelly jam, no real fruit marmelade. A lot of plastic waste.

From check-in to check out, this Best Western Naples Inn & Suites was just exceptional! They deserve many more stars than 5! Daisy (manager) greeted me the first day, and her staff is outstanding. Dylan at the front desk was also excellent! I had a perfect accessible room ( roll in shower) on the 2nd floor overlooking one of their pools. The other (heated) pool was not far from the room either. This was where a very nice breakfast was served every day. The housekeeping staff.. Anything you needed, they were there to help. All very pleasant. Especially in a tough "hiring" time, they have just found the best employee's. The location is right in the middle of restaurants, stores, and the mall. They also offer a shuttle to the beach, which is a huge deal because if you are not a Naples resident..it is very hard to find parking. The location is very safe as well. I really can't find anything to complain about. Reasonably priced, very clean, and centrally located. Microwave, fridge, and coffee maker in the room. What else could you ask for! I would highly recommend this hotel for families as well as individuals who are just looking for a nice typical Florida hotel. Oh ya.. there is a little miniature golf course on the property too.

Honestly, I can't say anything bad about this Best Western.

It was great to have a pool and an outdoor sitting area. A good selection breakfast (for American standards) was included in the room rate. There are a few restaurants in walking distance and the shopping plaza is nearby. The Italian restaurant on site is great but pricey.

The queen beds are only 135cm wide, too narrow for two people. Breakfast is served in the pool area. The breakfast routing and logistics are messy, creating lines and people crossing each other in the narrow space next to the pool.

The room was nice and large, the bed was comfy, and the AC worked great. Room had a nice patio that led out to a really lovely deck with loungechairs and a palapa, with gorgeous plants and trees with lights strung between. Wonderful setting. Everything inside and out was nice, clean and orderly. We also loved the complimentary breakfast poolside with lots of healthy choices, not your normal carb heavy freebie breakfast. The staff was very friendly as well (I assume they would be helpful too, but we had no issues, so can't comment on that).

The room was definitely dated - it had a slight chemical odor. The bathroom/kitchen arrangement really was perplexing as well. It would be nice if they could rework that area, it was just strange. The shower water pressure was also lacking.

Need umbrellas by pools to shade loungers as not much shade. Control noisy groups with music at weekend who take over the pool. unfortunately when this happened the other pool was out of action due to misuse by another pool party needing the pool to be cleaned

Nice location, good pool and spa. Nice rooms but a bit on the small size.

Great idea to sit around the pool for breakfast but it would have been better to have an air conditioned room for breakfast. There were a lot of trip hazards and no shade Also it meant that there was food and dirt around the pool area that otherwise would not have been there.
